This granite variety offers versatility in cutting, as the crystals and coloring are robust and evenly distributed. This characteristic allows for sourcing first-choice materials even from second and third-choice blocks.
Characterized by its brown, coarse-grained composition, Blue Antique Granite exhibits blue and green pearly reflections, creating a visually appealing aesthetic. The granite boasts a uniform structure, and while black mineral concentrations and/or brown-green veins may occasionally appear across the surface, they contribute to the stone's overall charm.
According to its Petrographic Classification, Blue Antique Granite is classified as a magmatic rock, specifically an intrusive rock known as Syenite (following EN 12670 standards). Quarried in Hellvik, Egersund, Norway, this granite not only stands out for its unique color and crystal composition but also carries the quality associated with Norwegian quarrying.
