Crema Moralejo

Recognition VISU: Rock of creamy white, with numerous oolites, some porosity, fracture conchoidal to irregular and very effervescent to be attacked with cold HCl.
MICROSCOPIC STUDY:
Comments: This is a sedimentary carbonate rock of marine origin, formed by over 70% of allochem (oolites and some fossils) cemented by sparite calcite type (0,040 and 0,090 size from mm.)The allochem (oolites and fossils) are composed of micritic calcite (grain size less than 5 microns) at which the recrystallization texture could be included in the section of Crystalline Medium, adding grain sizes of calcite that makes up allochem and the calcite that makes up the cement.
Major minerals: Calcite
Accessory minerals: Opaque
Texture: Many allochem (oolites and some fossils) calcite cemented by sparite.
The request includes: 1. surface finished, size 2. quantity required
