To get heat marks off Engineered Stone, you can follow these steps:

1. Clean the affected area with a mild soap and warm water solution. Rinse the area thoroughly and dry it with a clean cloth.

2. Apply a poultice to the heat mark by mixing baking soda and water into a paste. Spread the paste evenly over the surface of the mark.

3. Cover the paste with plastic wrap and let it sit for 24-48 hours.

4. Remove the plastic wrap and scrape away the dried paste with a plastic scraper.

5. Clean the area again with a mild soap and warm water solution, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a clean cloth.

If the above steps do not remove the heat mark, you can also try using a fine-grit sandpaper or a diamond polishing pad to gently sand the surface of the mark. However, be cautious as too much sanding or polishing can damage the surface of the Engineered Stone.
