Region: Wojcieszów, Złotoryja County, Jelenia Góra, Lower Silesia, southwestern Poland.
Geological Formation: Part of the Sudetes geological structure, this marble has been quarried for centuries and was historically valued for architectural and sculptural applications.

Kapela Rozowy Marble / Kaufunger Marmor is no longer actively quarried on a large commercial scale. Existing stock may be sourced from old inventories, reclaimed stone, or smaller artisanal quarries in the region.
