About Green Granite Cobblestone, Pavers, Cubestone Prices : Cobble Stones, Cube Stones are splitted or tumbled natural stones that are traditionally used to pave roads and garden paths. They are usually between 5 and 25 cm in sizes and are often made of granite, basalt, gneiss, porphyry natural stones. Crushed stone: if your patio will be used more extensively, a crushed stone base would be a good option to go with.Sand: If you're looking for a base that allows water to seep through then sand may be a good choice
