Diamond Wire machines VIP 910 ELECTRONIC DIAMOND WIRE SAW Machine properly studied and manufactured to cut big blocks, boulders and benches, when diamond wire speed adjustment is required. An inverter device is used to control and constantly adjust the diamond wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec., according to the type of stone. The combination with the automatic feeding system by means of “supercard” or inverter, allows a very accurate management of the cutting tool and a very smooth and precise movement of the machine on the rails. It is possible to make two parallel cuts 170 or 200 cm wide and a complete rotation of 360° to cut on any angle, by means hydraulic device. The same device allows to make horizontal cuts at ground level without the use of any auxiliary accessories.
