Pedrini BUTTERFLY B416 loading/unloading of marble and granite slabs

BUTTERFLY B416 is a robot equipped with sucker plate, that was designed for feeding and unloading operation on slabs polishing lines. Processing cycles, that are programmed through PLC, can control up to 4 movement axes, sucker plate has up to 180° rotation capacity. The operational elements, that are stressed only through slabs weight traction and that move along overhead track ways, create no ground space obstruction and provide extreme stability. A safety system provides vacuum to remain effective even in case of temporary energy blackout. Sucker plate can rotate up to 180° thus allowing BUTTERFLY B416, whenever equipped with comb type motorized roller bench assembled onto an indexing support, to perform bookmatch processing, slabs alignment on the line and block re-composition. BUTTERFLY B416 can be made in version C/S with sucker plate double transversal stroke to perform both loading and unloading operations.
