Robotic Palletizer Automation Line For Paving Stone

Line for the production of pavers from slabs sawn on both sides. The line is based on three levels of shearing and a robotic cell with artificial vision: 1. Primary shearing 1st: Generates strips of granite from the slab. Maximum dimensions determined by the maximum working width of the shear. 2. 2nd Secondary Shears: Processes the strips from the primary shear, generating paver to be palletized by the robot or paver to be unfolded in half in the 3rd shears. 3. Tertiary shears 3rd: Secondary shears split the cobblestones in half. 4. Robotic cell: Robotic cell for handling pavers, equipped with artificial vision that allows the robot to handle the pavers automatically. At this point we can palletize the pavers on a pallet, or split them in half with the 3rd shears.
