The SNM-TB is the result of 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of stone cutting machines.
General characteristics:
It is a fully automatic block cutting machine designed to transform marble blocks into strips of desired thickness and height.
Automation makes the machine easy to use and increases its productivity and accuracy since the operator's skill level and qualification have no influence on the cutting process or on the precision of the machine. When there are specific requirements, the machine can be operated in manual mode.
It has a two-step digital programmable electronic controller with deceleration for very high slab thickness precision. Slab thickness accuracy is ensured by a split bronze half nut which compensates for wear.
Inserted bronze half nuts allow quick, easy and inexpensive replacement of worn half nuts.
The replacement of slide ways is quick and inexpensive and the variable delivery pump enables energy saving.
The machine is equipped with a pressure controller for water and a load meter that detects load on the spindle drive motor.
The machine's heavy-duty horizontal spindle is supported by two spherical roller bearings.
The SNM-TB occupies less space than rival block cutting machines and it is provided with an automatic slab unloading system which enables to eliminate dead times due unloading operations by the operator. Furthermore, the unloading system allows to horizontally unload the slab directly on the following machine without any lateral movement.
Special options
The machine can be supplied with two block holding carriages.
The machine can be equipped with an automatic speed control which adjusts automatically the cutting speed according to the hardness and the thickness of the stone.

The HK-0102/A Block Cutter is fully automatic.
We put a block on the table, and we insert the parameter of width of tile to be cut (example: 2 cm), then the machine works automatically, it cuts the block with the specified width then the table moves to cut another tile from the block and so on until the block is finished.
We can also work manually with this machine.
It has 2 columns to support the weight and pressure of the machine; we can install a disk of 2000 mm of diameter.
The cutting process is controlled with an Inverter. The machine should be fixed on a Cement Base. It has an automatic hydraulic table.

The HK-0101/A Block Cutter is fully automatic.
We put a block on the table, and we insert the parameter of width of tile to be cut (example: 2 cm), then the machine works automatically, it cuts the block with the specified width then the table moves to cut another tile from the block and so on until the block is finished.
We can also work manually with this machine.
It has 1 column; we can install a disk of 1300 mm of diameter.
The cutting process is controlled with an Inverter. The machine should be fixed on a Cement Base. It has an automatic hydraulic table.

The HK-0103/A Block Cutter is fully automatic with 4 columns.
It can support a block with 25 tons of weight. It cuts the block in vertical and horizontal ways. The table goes out to take the block, and then the table will come back to the center of the machine and remain stable so that the machine starts to work and move to cut the block. We insert the parameter of width of tile to be cut (example: 2 cm) and the height of the tile to be cut, then the machine works automatically.
We can also work manually with this machine.
It has a complete PLC system.
