Impact Crusher for reducing the amount of stone slab waste at the sawmill. It uses the impact force of rotating hammers in a horizontal shaft. Can be installed as an automatic system. It increases the speed in clearing the machine\'s conveyors. Manufactured with high strength materials.

The stone crusher at jaws model TRITONE is a machine projected and realized for allow the crushing of marble, granite and similar, it has been studied to reduce the rejection of stone (inert refusals) in gravel.
The TRITONE crusher inverts refusals and converts them in order to be used in a different way. This transformation allow, furthermore, all the marble factories and similar to avoid the emission of the MUD (declaration for special refuses) every year to their chamber of commerce.
The carrying structure of the stone crusher at jaws model TRITONE is in cast iron, subjected to a treatment of sandblasting and then processed with epoxy paint. The blades, in order to crush, are subjected to a heat treatment to induce hardening, in order to catch up an advanced hardness to 60 HRC to grant the long duration of it.
In this new model the two blades can both move for improve the efficiency.

A hammer crusher from the high-performance series is a machine designed for medium and fine-grained crushing of materials of various hardness (for stone, e.g. sandstone - basalt), including recycled waste (for aluminum, electronic equipment). In principle, the impact is the most important for the operation of the hammer crusher. Inside the crushing chamber there is a rotor to which hammers are attached.
