Technical characteristics
The SNIC Edge Trimmer mounts two spindles which remain in a fixed position and trim the slab from both sides as it is conveyed forwards on rollers.
The spindles which travel along guides mounted to the cross-beam are positioned manually or as an optional accessory a motorized screw assembly can be fitted for automatic spindle positioning operations.
The digital display shows the operator the width between the disks.
The hardness of the material determines the feed speed of the belt that can be electronically adjusted from 0 to 5 m/min.

General Characteristics
The Horizontal splitting machine allows doubling the production of the block-cutter by splitting in two pieces thik slabs cut on the latter. Placed on the beginning of the marble line it feeds it continuously increasing production and lowering cost.
The machine is manufactured in two models: with 2 or 4 tables. in the REF1x62, 1 pair of opposed spindles are placed so that every blade can cut half of the width of the material.
The REF4x62, is equipped with two pairs of opposed spindles so that every blade can cut one fourth of the material. This system allows dealing with the cut of hard marbles.
The hardness of the material determines the feed speed of the belt that can be adjusted from 0 to 3m/min.
