Marble Multi Blade Vertical Gang Saw in United States

The STANDISH MULTI-BLADE SAW is designed for cutting slabs of stone to various widths to use
for veneer, lintels, treads, sills, etc. This machine greatly increases production because of its ability
to make multiple cuts at one time as opposed to using a single-blade circular saw. One of our
multi-blade saws currently in use has 25 blades making cuts 2” apart in one pass.
The STANDISH MULTI-BLADE SAW features:
• 40” or 48” Diameter Diamond Blades
• Normal Blade Tip Speed—10,000 Ft. per minute
• Furnished with blade spacer kit according to customer’s job needs
• Throat Capacity of 66” Wide x 18” High (48” Blades), 14” high (40” Blades)
• Furnished with equipment required to install and remove blades
• Blade arbor is quickly interchangeable for changing different blade spacing.
• Normally mounted over a wood slat conveyor.
• Requires power supply for 400 H.P.
