Quartzite Multi Blade Block Cutting in Greece

For sale, Remanufactured (2021) Gang-saw multi-blade with 40 blades (standard) to 60 blades for cutting blocks of marble, travertine or tufa.
Every piece of the frame: pillars, cross members, crossbars, pulleys, etc., was disassembled and cleaned to pure metal by sandblasting. Next, the pieces were taken to a machine-shop and rebuilt, one by one, putting in new bearings, bushings, screws, etc. Then they were painted with epoxy anti-rust primer and acrylic paints.
Both the main machine and the block transport trolley was deliberately left unpainted, which is also rebuilt and fully functional (wheels, motor, etc.). It is spotlessly clean without rotting, cement residues, marble mud, etc. and the buyer can either use it directly or cover it with cement according to his needs.
The base of the main electric motor (78KW) is newly manufactured.
The main electric motor (78KW) is in best condition.
The brake-system of the trolley is also made new. You may see it in the attached photos and videos.
All the above can be seen in the attached photos and videos, because there are no remains of marble mud, broken pieces from being cemented into its cemented-basements, and the whole machine is spotless.
The price of 35,000 Euros does not include the electric control panel. A new electric control panel can be made for an additional 3,000 Euro.
The price does not include the cost of unloading and loading. In case that we undertake the responsibility of dismantling and loading into a container, the total cost is 2500 Euro.
If you do it yourself, then, you will pay only the crane which will be a very low amount.

This machine, that was designed for the quick sawing of marble irregular blocks, synthesizes extensively experienced technical solutions that have been realized through Pedrini most advanced technology. GS 122, that is manufactured in the versions for 30, 40 and 50 blades, is a gang saw with superior characteristics regarding the perfect dynamic balance and the extremely rigid structure that allows for blades stack considerable width extension with the use of the maximum tension. Owing to their exceptional productivity, not far from that of the closed frame gang saws, the versions for 40 and 50 blades are particularly indicated as well as for the "on the ground" sawing of fragile marble large regular blocks and achieve optimal quality results in case of difficult materials such as lava stone.
Mobile frame made of structural steelwork with very high rigidity. Structural steelwork support structure with hollow columns fitted to the machine foundations. Blade carrier made of sectioned structural steelwork with very high horizontal rigidity. The oscillating movement of the blade is generated by a connecting rod-crank system with two cranks driven by an electric motor, regularised by a heavy cast iron flywheel.
