The C3 is a cutting and engraving machine designed to accurately process stones and marbles for sinks and for kitchen counters in an easy way.
All machine operations are performed by a computer in a Windows environment located on the control panel.
The program on the computer was developed by the company Scaninvent, it is easy and simple to use and enables us to design, modify and save thousands of designs and objects on the machine without to have experience in CNC techniques.
The machine includes CnCutCum an easy-to-use program for making CNC designs for sinks and kitchen countertops.
More complex designs can be made with more CAD / CAM experience and knowledge.
The unique steel frame combined with the compact design allows us to manage each part size without having to take into account the machine tool space (warehouse)

Arion - Water Recycling Plants
The system consists of a precipitation tank supplied with water by a submersible pump. The clean water from the precipitation tanks runs over to the clean water tank and by a system of pumps is supplied to the factory (clean water tank and pumps are not supplied). The sludge is dehydrated in a big bag.
The latest and innovative design in the water recycling field is the “Compact Complex” with a capacity of cleaning 200 to 1500lit/min. The Compact Complexes are consisted by all the parts of the traditionally major water recycling complexes in one construction. Moreover, this construction does not need foundation works and is ready to use in just one day!
The water recycling constructions that exceed the capacity of 1500lit/min are designed and constructed according to the needs and uniqueness of every specific application. On the other hand, the water recycling constructions that have capacity lesser than 1500lit/min are standardized according to their dynamic in ones of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1.000 and 1.500 capacity respectively.
RECYCLING WATER OPERATION OVERVIEW
The water recycling system plant consists of the water concentration tank, the precipitation tanks, the clean water tank and the filter press.
All the used water of the factory is concentrate to the underground sludge tank and is pumped to the precipitation tank with the addition of the flocculant by the dozer pump. The water separates from the other materials by the help of the flocculant and runs over the precipitation tank to the clean water tank. The precipitated sludge through the automatic valve at the bottom of the precipitation tank is filling up the sludge mixer tank.
The filter press is filled up with sludge by the sludge tank in high pressure. At the end of the cycle the sludge is dehydrated and easy to handle.
The operation of the complete plant is fully automatic controlled by PLC even the preparation of the flocculant dilution.

The structure of machine is made up of two high quality steel columns and a cross beam, to ensure maximum stability during sawing. Sawing is done by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block.
The hydraulic tensioning of blade is continuously maintained by electronic instruments fitted in control panel. The machine is supplied with fixed table trolley / rotating table trolley. The trolley runs on two flat and two prismatic wheels to ensure their precise displacement. The movement of trolley is governed by control panel. The machine is fully automatic and all safety factors are incorporated in the control panel. Once in operation, the machine does not require continuous presence of operator.
