With 3D measurement, this system allows you to take measurements of flat and vertical surfaces generating three-dimensional measurements (eg kitchen countertop + front).
With this system you will make complete measurements of countertops, facades, templates, stairs, offsets, curves, swimming pools... in a few minutes.
The ideal complement for the cutters of the MILLENNIUM CNC 5 and IMAGE CNC ranges to optimize work operations. Defines a final file that can be executed directly by the machine, without the need for intermediate processes, which reduces measurement times, drawings, hole embedding, etc...

As an option, it can be supplied with an independent 4-plate suction cup with battery and quick coupling to separate the suction cup from the robot. The suction cup, by remote control, can be operated to open and close and can be raised independently.

– Trestle with double stowage for boards or slabs, which allows the automatic feeding or stowage of the same from the production lines from one side of the stowage and the manual loading or removal by the operators simultaneously from the other side of the stowage. How does the vacuum manipulator work?
The manipulator uses vacuum to hold and lift the load. The air is guided through a filter and an air pipe, to raise the lifting tube with which the manipulator is equipped. The vacuum within the lift tube is regulated from the manipulator’s control handle. This manipulator is where the suction unit is attached, which is the one that will be in contact with the material to be handled.
When the partial vacuum increases, the lift tube shrinks and lifts the load. When the partial vacuum is reduced, the lift tube is stretched, lowering the load. The sniffer keeps the load safely gripped until it reaches the ground. In the event of power loss or a power outage, a safety valve acts in such a way that the load descends in a smooth and controlled way to the ground.

What sipper to use?
We develop standard and special suction pumps on request, made to measure according to the type of load, weight, suction surface and the type of handling required for each product and application.
We can handle boxes with the product inside, both open and closed, with seal or staples.
Irregular boxes with fragile products inside the boxes can also be handled and lifted and stacked.

How is the vacuum generated?
The vacuum pump is what runs the entire system. The vacuum is generated by means of a high-performance, low-consumption vacuum motor-pump. This motor pump can be installed up to 30m away from the lifting point. A remote control can be installed to operate the pump without leaving the duty point.
Where to install the load handler?
They can be installed on our light profile jib cranes and overhead cranes. The overhead crane or jib crane supports the lifting equipment. We offer a wide range of lifting systems such as column cranes, jib cranes, light overhead cranes, suspension cranes, mono-rail cranes, low height cranes, Bridge cranes with frame structure. We provide from the design to the execution of the “turnkey” tailor-made project for the handling of almost any type of material.

The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of the work process, reduction of cycle times and efficient utilization of downtime. The reception suction cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 160 kg.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident. All machines and heads are equipped with an implantation system with centralized greasing for quick and easy maintenance.
In the electrical and control installation section, it is worth highlighting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, avoiding thus wasting unnecessary time. The programming of the work cycle and the visualization of its sequence is carried out on two operator terminals with a screen, where all the work parameters are displayed, as well as the cutting cycles.
