XAERO suction table with a double dry dedusting system, which bases its operation on the basis of two laws of physics, guaranteeing 100% dust extraction. The powerful XAERO extraction system is distributed over the entire surface of the work table, creating the so-called "CYKLON" that removes 70% of dust. On the other hand, the rest of the dust is captured by the filters, which are automatically cleaned by the blasts of air that occur each time the machine is turned on. Additionally, cleaning cycles can be performed manually at any time.

Xagua is a suction table with water purification. The use of a powerful motor in combination with a high pressure system and advanced dust extraction technology effectively keeps the plant clean and protects the health of employees. The high power of the suction motor and special metal separators with a plate structure inside the device bind the dust through the water mist, which condenses on the droplet separator. The resulting dust droplets fall to the bottom of the tank, where they are then completely washed away by the constant flow of water at the outlet. Installation does not require bricklaying work - only electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic connection (depending on the model). Thanks to the simple control, the training and commissioning of the device is immediate. Massive and compact metal structure, painted with epoxy paint, galvanized inner tank and droplet separator, guarantee low noise level and long service life of the device. In addition, thanks to the use of innovative technologies, GHINES products do not have pumps, filters and moving mechanical components, which reduces the need for maintenance to a minimum and guarantees long, trouble-free use. Xagua is a stand that has a single-phase plug for connecting an electric device, e.g. a grinder, and an additional stand for used tools, as well as a solenoid valve for automatic control of the water level at the outlet.

INSTALLATION FOR CLARIFYING, RECYCLING OF CONTAMINATED WATER AND FOR DRAINAGE OF SLUDGE.
The FB / 2000V model is equipped with:
- waste water collection channel,
- a system controlling the stream of water flowing into the silo
(reducing water pressure and speed) made of steel,
- steel supply piping equipped with flanges and elbows,
- FB 50 manual valve, to regulate the water stream,
- steel piping collecting purified water, equipped
in flanges and elbows.
The method of making the interior of the silo:
-Completely protected against corrosion and abrasion (it is mainly used to facilitate the separation of sludge from the walls and to prevent sludge from settling on them)
