With the DSC-3, DSC-5 or DSC-7 control pendants, users literally have hands-on control of Demag DC chain hoists. DSC-5 is much more compact than previous control pendants designed for controlling two motion axes (lifting and cross travel). DSC5 and DSC7 control pendants fit well in the user’s hand and allows both left and right-handed operators to control the hoist safely, reliably and intuitively, both with and without gloves. Single-handed control also makes it possible for the operator to manipulate the load with a free hand at the same time.

Machining center with 3 to 5 axes
The BAZ 2000 machining center was designed in particular for the production of kitchen countertops, shower trays and solid washbasins. The very flexible machine concept is based on a mature design and combines proven components with a high-quality SIEMENS CNC control. The machine in the bridge version is available with several work tables. The number of tool positions is unlimited. In addition, a compact variant is available as a monoblock version.

Water film absorbs existing dust in the air!
Dust polluted air is sucked in over the running water film on the front edge of the water wall and the internal water fog chamber absorbs existing dust in the air. For additional dust absorption there are two shafts on the inside of the machine in which are the filter cartridges located. This system allows a cleaning of the filters with water after switching off the machine.
