The 500-200 series include Stone Crushers with Special Blades and related accessories, such us Separators, Tipper Containers, Conveyor Belts (and others) are designed to recycle raw materials and scraps from processing of stone, marble, granite, porphyry, quartz, ceramics, building demolitions, similar material and glass, in small and large size, reducing the fragmented output for every requirement. Crushing process: it takes places due to a compression with a direct eccentric mechanism between different special plates (fixed and mobile), actuated by a transmission with trapezoidal belts, which can assume different levels of adjustment. Benefits: reduce the space of the same waste with its reuse in gardening, mosaic, road fills, furnishings and so on. The 500-200M4 Model is composed of the Crusher and by 4-output Separation System, simultaneously at the crushing occurs a sectioned division of the crushed output into four customizable parts, replacing grids according to every need required. This version, compared to the 250-80 model, has a double blades’ adjustment system, double scrollbar opening chamber and nine adjustments on each scrollbar, thus allowing to recycle and reduce both waste and stones’ raw materials
