Modulgranito -Pedrini Arco di Trionfo M594-M595-M596 Cutting Center for Granite Blocks

High production cutting centre for sawing granite blocks into strips. It is composed of three main units: vertical discs unit, horizontal disc unit and automatic unloader unit. Arco di Trionfo works on stationary block and it is manufactured in different versions according to the number and diameter of the vertical discs. It is used both for the production of strips for modulgranito and for up to 100 mm thickness elements for exterior paving. This machine, that operates on stationary blocks, cuts and deposits on pallets 460/650 max. wide strips with thickness dimension from 10 mm for modulgranito up to 80 mm for paving stones. The machine can work even without block carrier trolleys since all movements are performed by the operational units. The large machine dimensions allow for optimal workforce utilization, easy use and very reduced dead time even in case of small blocks processing. ARCO DI TRIONFO maintains in time top cutting precision with minimum diamond disks consumption and very reduced costs for production maintenance and depreciation. The unit for vertical cuts, that comprises two bridge holding mobile uprights connected by one structural arc, is an extremely rigid and heavy structure, made in normalized large thickness steel work, with the two very large foot bases laying in a stable and consistent way on the track ways that are fixed onto the foundations. The discs holder trolley, driven by a gear motor/pinion/rack system, slides along two “V” guides in oil bath with the interposition of anti friction slides. In addition to this,four contrast wheels compact trolley and bridge to realize a “clearance-free” trolley sliding system. The discs stack, that is positioned on the trolley/bridge/mobile uprights assembly centreline, favours the whole discs holder trolley mass to integrate in a balanced way the contrast wheels action.
