3 axis CNC Router The machine has 3 interpolated axis (X, Y and Z), controlled by a numeric control with 3 interpolated axis . It also includes the software system for computer control of machine with automatic language change according to the operative system language.The computer and the hardware to control the machine are integrated in the electric box.The working pieces are held by vacuum cups, which do not come with the machine but are optional, the slab can also be easily tilted to the right or to the left by adding a tilted table plane in aluminum, this allow easy processing of draining boards. The machines also support more than one contouring tool mounted on the same cone. (Only with AiTEKCAM) For engraving process the machine can manage G-code up to 1GB of size with a maximum working speed of6m/min and a precision of 0.01mm.The machine can import 3D G-code, made with third-party software (the third-party software is not provide by AitalMac. AitalMac does not train the third-party software), the machine can do the 3D engraving, such as:WRITE, BAS-RELIEF and etc. (See the images). The only limit is the capability and the fantasy of the operator.
