CNC Bridge Saw TOP CUT 500

The TOP CUT 500 it’s a bridge saw, completely constructed in cast iron, the axis move on linear guideways, by brushless motors on high precision racks, the movement is very precise and the the structure is very rigid. The machine is available as a standard 3 axis machine, or as a 5 axis machine with everything that the standard machine has, more the high speed spindle and the automatic table rotation. 3 AXIS The standard machine has 3 interpolated axis, the machine does all the normal bridge saw cuts with the blade, the table is manual but it can be locked at any degree. The machine can also combine DXF to work 3D shapes with the blade on the surface and on the edge of stones. The tilting of the blade motor is manual but controlled by logic, this mean that the axis move interpolated depending on the tilting angle. The machine is supplied with a mountable finger bit head, this head allow the machine to cut complex shapes from DXF files. 4 AXIS More of what you get with the standard machine, with the adding of automatic table rotation, and the high speed spindle, the machine can combine the blade and the finger bit to cut any kind of shape from a slab. The high speed spindle allow also the machine to make incisions on the stone following G-code input. 5 AXIS This version of the machine only adds the automatic tilting of the blade, this allow the machine to add to the automatic process bewel cuts.
