This machine mainly used to do stone countertops sink cutting, sink edge grinding & polishing. It can do any shape, any size stone sink hole cutting, sink edge grinding & polishing, basin in middle type sink hole cutting and so on.
It adopt ATC automatic tools changing big power main spindle motor, can change tools automatically according different sink processing.
1. 12 tools storage have automatic stainless steel cover.
2. Taiwan linear guide rail.
3. X,Y,Z moving motor is YASKAWA servo motor from Japan, Servo motor driver adopt YASKAWA.
4. Servo motor reducer adopt Japan reducer motor
5. 7.5kw ATC spindle motor with tools holder position device.
6. Frequency converter use positionable converter for tools holder.
7. NC60A controlling system with Remote control and remote diagnosis.
8. 12 pieces stainless steel tools holder
9. The cable line for Servo motor use IGUS from Germany
