FLOTTER 810S automatic edge polisher

This feature allows the entire diameter of the polishing heads to be used. The added value from the two technologies is high quality and increased production. The structural integrity of the machine is protected from corrosion thanks to an arc welded heavy-duty steel frame which is sandblasted and then finished with several layers of paint, starting with a base layer of galvanized epoxy. The FLOTTER 810S has a tank to collect water with a drain on the side. The feed belt runs on precision machined plates which are 12 mm thick. All of the protective guards, electrical and control box covers of the FLOTTER 810S are made of stainless steel.Each polishing head is controlled automatically during the entire working cycle with the possibility of programming the lenght of the edge to be polished.
