SXA Automatic Gantry Type Calibrating Machine.

This series machine adopts the structure of gantry type, good rigidity, Calibrating head lifting easy, can be locked when working, prevent shaking. Uses inverter to control worktable left-right feeding, adjusts the speed according to the stone material and machining thickness, automatic work. Thus the whole machine is featured as good performance, high working efficiency, high working precision, high stability, uniform in thickness to suit stone slab calibrating and factory for sheet and clad plate.

 1.The table specification: 3000*1100mm, the trolley frequency conversion walking, the stroke is 4500mm, the cutter diameter is 1080mm, the main motor power is 22kW-6P, the cutter head  electric lifting, the cutter head  lifting stroke is 100mm;

2.The worktable specification is 3000*1250mm, the trolley frequency conversion walking, its stroke is 4300mm, the cutter diameter is 1350mm, the main motor power is 30kW-6P, the cutter head  electric lifting,  the cutter head  lifting stroke is 100mm;

3.Working efficiency: 10 square meters/hour; (the original thickness error of  the plate is less than 2mm)
