Henan Forever Diamond Products Co., Ltd. was founded in January, 2016, a moment of the beginning in a prosperous new year.

The company was assessed as an executive member of China Superhard Materials Association - IDACN, which is a Sub-Association of China Machine Tool & Tools Association - CMTBA.

Our factory covers a total area 7500 square meter including production plant and office, assembled 86 sets Cubic Press Machine (Piston Diameter of 650mm, 750mm and 800mm) and 165 sets shape sorting machine for synthesizing Saw grit, MBD diamond and Resin bond diamonds and 5 sets air-stream mills and 90 sets automatic sedimentating sorting machines for producing Crushed/reshaped mesh diamond and Micron diamond powder. These complete sets of production equipment ensure a continuous and sufficient production capability.

All of our diamond products are strictly complying with the international ISO9001 standard, and advanced QC test by international testing equipment like Chinese advanced Toughness Index-Ti and Thermal Toughness Index-TTi test equipments, USA Precision’s Electroformed sieves for Mesh diamond size distribution control. Malvern Mastersizer 2000/3000 from UK, USA Microtrac S3500 and Beckman Coulter MS-3 for PSD (particle size distribution), also newest Raman Spectrum Tester for micron diamond’s toughness testing. Experienced inspectors and these advanced inspection equipments ensure quality-reliable of every batch of goods before shipping to our customers worldwide.

In addition to these normal mesh and micron diamonds, we also supply kinds of Coated diamond of both Mesh and Micron sizes which could be well used for different kinds of diamond tools making. Like Ni coating, Ti coating, TiC coating, Ni and Ti composite coating, Cu coating, Co coating, Si coating, W coating, Cr coating and other types of coatings upon customers’ requirement.
