The Lasa Marmo GmbH factory premises cover an area of around 55,000 square metres. It houses the administrative headquarters, the production building with the technical offices, the tile hall as a layout area for projects, the raw slab warehouse and the block warehouse. Since its construction in 1928, the factory site has been the final link in the value-creation chain for high-quality white marble from the marble quarries in the Laas (Lasa) Valley. With state-of-the-art processing machines (4 CNC milling machines, grinding and polishing machines), an in-house sculpture workshop for customised products, a packing station, frame saws and saws for rough cuts (wire saws), Lasa marble is processed from raw blocks into high-quality building materials and prepared for delivery to customers all over the world.
