Granisul independently manages the entire industrial production process, covering all stages, from stone extraction to the final art.

This process is supported by both logistical and industrial resources, including the company’s quarries located in the Huíla Province and the Production and Management Center located in the Arimba Commune, Lubango.

This unit covers an area of approximately 5,130 m², divided into three pavilions:

• Pavilion I - Tile Department, 1,800 m²
• Pavilion II - Slab Department, 1,980 m²
• Pavilion III - Support Warehouses and Workshops, 1,350 m²

Generating and delivering various specialized services:

Extraction

To supply raw materials for this industry, a department dedicated entirely to granite rock extraction has been established, providing exclusive raw materials to Granisul.

Slab Cutting

Primary cutting of blocks into large-sized pieces using horizontal cutting machines, suitable for custom cladding, flooring, thresholds, staircases, countertops, and ornamental pieces.

Tile Cutting

Tile cutting and polishing strips for the production of standardized tiles (for tiled cladding).

Polishing | Finishing

Mass production of finishes using state-of-the-art machines, including base rectification, beveling, top polishing, rounding, anti-slip treatments with two, three, or more grooves, drip edges, holes of various diameters, and special individualized finishes using numerical control machines or manual processes.
