M. Tarık Çağlayan worked as a senior commercial manager in the cement industry for many years and then, with his rich experience, founded Cimtas Cement Logistics and CMT Group companies in the early 2000s and carried them to today. As of now, we have grown into a group of 7 companies with 150 employees. In the cement sector, we successfully operate in the distribution of cement in Istanbul, one of the largest markets in the world, and in the Thrace region, one of the largest markets in Turkiye, with a
fleet management focused on customer satisfaction. We maintain the same success in Antalya, Central Anatolia, and the Aegean regions.

We operate in the ready-mixed concrete sector with our company, Guven Concrete. We are in the market with a total of 4 ready-mixed concrete facilities in Esenyurt and Silivri Selimpasa in Istanbul, and in the Dosemealti region in Antalya, acting in connection with our cement side. We adopt a business approach based on the principles of respecting our customers and employees, using technology, and renewing ourselves.

To reach our production and export targets, we also entered the marble sector. The fact that our country accounts for 40% of the world’s marble production shows that it offers great opportunities in this sector. As Cimtas Marble, we produce 1,000,000 m² of natural stone annually in our factory located in Burdur Bucak Organized Industrial Zone, close to Antalya and equipped with high-tech machinery. We serve national and international projects of all types and sizes with a wide range of products that we process with a special selection approach.

Our factory is located in Bucak's Organized Industrial Zone and covers 10,000 square meters a month. It is equipped with modern machinery from leading Brazilian and Turkish brands. We operate 2 Hedel diamond wire gang saws, 5 tower marble ovens, 1 slab polishing line, 1 slab cutting line, and 1 bridge cutting machine.

With a monthly production capacity of 65,000 square meters, we produce high-quality marble slabs and cut-to-size products in 1.2 cm, 2 cm, and 3 cm thicknesses. Our facility and processes are designed in accordance with environmental sustainability principles, ensuring both performance and eco-conscious production.

We also own 3 marble quarries located in the Burdur Isparta region. These quarries produce between 5,000 and 10,000 tons of raw material per month. All our blocks come directly from our quarries, guaranteeing consistency and quality control at every stage.

We directly sell marble blocks and slabs.
