Mermertay that is operational under Ayd?n Linyint A? which is a sub company of Atay Holding has been in the Turkish Natural Stone sector for about 7 years. Our facility was established in 1996. Having the capacity of 18.500 m2 open area and 4.250 m2 closed area in our facility located in Umurlu, Ayd?n, Mermertay is capable of producing with its travertine, marble slabs and faience processing lines. Even though most of the machines operating in the processing lines are imported, owing domestic origin machines is also very important to us.Our investments which underline our attention and consideration to the environment enable us to meet customer needs with respect to the nature. Our priority of production is to treat the stones which are quarried from our own quarries. Belevi Black is being quarried from Sel?uk Belevi Quarry and Dolomite and Yayk?n Crystal is being quarried from Ayd?n Karacasu quarry. More than 25.000 m3 of stones has been quarried from these quarries since they have been established. Furthermore, activities of seeking for more and various resources have been on going continuously. Mermertay exports considerable portion of Aydin Linyint production to various countries including USA, Germany, Israel, Poland, S. Korea, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, France, Netherlands, Singapore and UK. Exported travertine and marbles had been utilized in treatment for Hotel Hilton in Bulgaria, Hotel Cantera and Ligne Roset hotel and chain stores in Germany, Hotel Waldorf in France, Babka Tower Business Complex and Olympiad Building in Poland, Shopping Center in Korea, and finally Hotel Carlton in Singapore.
