Without doubt, the XAERO is one of the most innovative dust suction benches, equipped with a high-pressure fan of 5.5 kW.
It combines two different dry operating systems, a physical and a mechanical one:
10 cyclones abate most of the captured stone dust, they are maintenance free and do not wear out.
The remaining dust particles pass through dry filter cartridges as a further step of the abatement. Every time the bench is switched off, a series of very strong compressed air blasts clean automatically the filters and deposit the dust particles in a drawer underneath. A cleaning cycle can be activated manually at any time, too.
WHAT WILL YOU LOVE IN THIS SUCTION BENCH?
The very strong suction power of the dust extraction bench XAERO is equally distributed all over the work surface and its perimeter. Additionally, it is possible to lift two planks of the wooden surface to capture effectively all the dust produced by disc cutting.
Easily accessible drawers collect the dust which is suppressed by the cyclones and the filters and allow to do maintenance in a few minutes without polluting the environment.
The engine compartment is sound proof.
The suction unit can be separated from the work bench and can be placed in an adjacent room or outside, thus gaining more space in the work shop.

How much do you have to pay to clean the water pits of your workshop? And separate sludge by yourself, manually, how long does it take?
Hydrò is an extremly simple way to collect, filter and to dehydrate mud which accumulates in the water pit when processing marble, granite and other stone materials.
The foldable bag support allows to install and to move the sludge dehydrator system to any place where it is convenient for you and does not require any fixed structure.
How does it work?
A stainless steel pump with a capacity of 200 l/min conveys the slurry water in a hydro-cyclone, which acts as the separating device: the water, which contains less heavy mud particles, leaves the cyclone on the top and is pushed back into the pit, where it exits under the pump to remove the mud from the bottom.
Mud and sludge are discharged directly in the filter bag placed under the cyclone (20 – 30 l/min): here the water drain out of the bag and the mud gets dry and hardens. Finally the bag can be easily disposed of.

A new product with a new technical solution, the helical lamina pack, to satisfy any recycling water need. Thanks to its performances,
LOIN SYSTEM is able to optimize the production, cutting down the charges for the purchase of drinking water and for the mud disposal.
OUTPUT
LOIN SYSTEM clarifies up to 790 lt/min.
WASTE WATER PUMP
LOIN SYSTEM drafts the waste water by ono or more high-head immersion pumps from a collection pit (existing or to built). The pumps are fully automatic.
CONSTRUCTION
Any Parts that have contact with water and mud are built completely in stianless and galvaniced steel, which guarantees a long lifetime of the clarifier.
There are no moving parts which cut down the time for the maintenance.
FUNCTION SHORTCUT
The solid mud is worked in the lower part of the clarifier while, thanks to the helical lamina pack , the smallest parts of mud are worked in the higher side. At the end of the process, the mud get extracted by a manual valve while the clarified water is ready to be reintroduced into the production. The mud extraction, 2 ore 3 times a day, is controlled manual by a valve.
NEW DESIGN
Thanks the lamina pack it is possible to reach a high performance.
NO CHEMICALS
BIOGERIA uses no polyelectrolyte solution (flocculants) to speed up the process.
WASTE WATER DRAFT
An immersion pump is positioned into the waste water collection point. A swim switch that is delivered with the pump controls the water level in your pit.
FIRST CYCLE OF BIOLOGIC DEPURATION
In this phase the water slows down its flow, maximizing the settling. The lower part of the clarifier eliminates the biggest mud parts.
SECOND CYCLE OF BIOLOGIC DEPURATION
The water rises through a lamellar section and to the special designed circular overflow system to complete the clarification process. At the end the water is ready to be reintroduced into the production and get stored in the clean water deposit. The second cycle eliminates most of the finest mud particles
