Machinery Function Features:
Narana plants are complete treatment plants for the clarification of waste water by means of static settling silos and for the dehydration of industrial sludge, coming from the processing of inert or other process, by means of a filter-presses.
The clarification of wastewater allows to obtain the maximum recycling of water used in industrial processing, minimizing the fresh water supplied from the aqueduct and significantly reducing environmental pollution
Narana plants are suitable for such companies that need to treat large flow rates and have no particular space problems. Tesimag designs each plant according to customer specific needs, ensuring maximum performances for each type of sludge.
The water resulting from the working cycle is clarified by a sedimentation process of the mud suspended particles by means of specific polyelectrolytes.
The waste water is conveyed into the collecting well A, from which they are sent to the silo E, by means of a vertical centrifugal pump B, automatically controlled by level probes. The flocculant solution, obtained by the flocculating preparation unit G, is injected by means of a metering pump H into the silo waste water inlet pipe.
Inside the silo the mud, trapped by the polyelectrolytes, falls towards the bottom of the clarifier, thanks to the cone D placed inside it, which accelerates the fall and at the same time prevents its flow.
The clarified water overflows from the silo and is collected in an appropriate storage tank (or in a collecting pool) O, to be sent back to the working process by means of a boosting pump P. The sludge that is conveyed in the lower part of the silo is discharged by means of a pneumatic valve into a mud collection tank L complete with a stirrer designed to obtain an homogeneous mixture.
An horizontal centrifugal pump M, send the sludge to the filter press for dehydration.
The water obtained from the filter press is sent back to the clarification process while the dehydrated mud panels are collected for disposal.
The plant, which operates in a closed and continuous cycle, is managed in complete automation by a centralized control system and does not require any intervention by the operator. This allows to optimize the filtering process and minimize the fresh/aqueduct water supply.

Machinery Function Features:
The water wall dust extractor has a double dust suction system. Outside there is a waterfall layer, generated to capture the heavier dust in suspension; inside there is another nozzle reduction system, needed for the complete dust removal of the suctioned air. Our suction cabin is designed for high performance and less maintenance. It is made of prime AISI 304 stainless steel. The MB water wall follows the guidelines of HSE Health and Safety Executive.
The operation and use of the MODULBOX MB system requires the operator to work in the front of the module, between the water layer and the linear vacuum opening. The dust produced is vacuumed by the fans through the opening located between the tank and the water layer. At first, part of the dust is reduced by the outer water layer while the rest is stopped by a water atomization system located inside the machine. The module also has a droplet separator that isolates the water atomization system from the suction unit, not allowing the water or dust to be discharged in the air. The purified air comes out from the top of the machine, allowing recirculation in the location. The water flow on the outer layer can be regulated using the gate valves while the flow of the inner water atomization system, for dust reduction, remains constant. It is also possible to access the machine for cleaning and routine maintenance of parts subject to saturation and inevitable wear. An additional fixed or mobile box of various dimensions with a frame in AISI 304 stainless steel and plexiglass panels can be applied to the front allowing the user to work even in areas subject to excessive turbulence. Whenever the laboratory ceiling is not higher than six metres, our anti-turbulence disperser called the PLENUM is recommended.

The DS model sludge bagger is a multi-bag sludge dehydrator. It resolves the problem of sludge disposal in compliance with current legislation. The sludge, which is decanted into special tanks, is sent through a submersible pump in the containment tank positioned in the upper part of the DS. At this point, the material is manually unloaded inside the filter bags, opening the gate valves located above each bag. The dehydration process lets the residual water ooze through the bag weave, compacting and solidifying the solid material inside the bag itself. Once saturated, the bag is removed from the frame and stored outside to then be disposed of as ordinary solid urban waste.

CONSTRUCTION
Any Parts that have contact with water and mud are built completely in stianless and galvaniced steel, which guarantees a long lifetime of the clarifier.
There are no moving parts which cut down the time for the maintenance.
FUNCTION SHORTCUT
The solid mud is worked in the lower part of the clarifier while, thanks to the helical lamina pack , the smallest parts of mud are worked in the higher side. At the end of the process, the mud get extracted by a manual valve while the clarified water is ready to be reintroduced into the production. The mud extraction, 2 ore 3 times a day, is controlled manual by a valve.

In this phase the water slows down its flow, maximizing the settling. The lower part of the clarifier eliminates the biggest mud parts.
SECOND CYCLE OF BIOLOGIC DEPURATION
The water rises through a lamellar section and to the special designed circular overflow system to complete the clarification process. At the end the water is ready to be reintroduced into the production and get stored in the clean water deposit. The second cycle eliminates most of the finest mud particles

OUTPUT
MSK clarifies a quantity of water varying from 50 up to 300 lt/min.
PUMP
MSK drafts the waste water by a high-head immersion pump from a collection pit (existing or to built). The pump is fully automatic.
CONSTRUCTION

SUSPENSION CHAMBER
The suspension chamber prepares the mud for the hydro cyclone. In the chamber the mud get mixed with water. The pump in top of the suspension chamber invites the suspension to the hydro cyclone.
REVERSE LINE
The reverse line of the hydro cyclone ends at the bottom of the suspension chamber. The water from the reverse line solves the solid mud.
HYDRO CYCLONE
A hydro cyclone has three exits, two on the axis and one tangential inlet: one smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and a larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. The tangential inlet with accelerator feeds the hydro cyclone with the suspension. Internally, centrifugal force is countered by the resistance of the liquid, with the effect that larger or denser particles are transported to the wall for eventual exit at the reject side with a limited amount of liquid. The conical form of the hydro cyclone force the cleaner fraction to reverse direction and exit at the overflow side through a tube extending slightly into the body of the cyclone at the center.

A new product with a new technical solution, the helical lamina pack, to satisfy any recycling water need. Thanks to its performances,
V SCREW PRO is able to optimize the production, cutting down the charges for the purchase of drinking water and for the mud disposal.
OUTPUT
V SCREW PRO clarifies up to 130 lt/min.
WASTE WATER PUMP
V SCREW PRO drafts the waste water by a high-head immersion pump from a collection pit (existing or to built). The pump is fully automatic.
CONSTRUCTION
Any Parts that have contact with water and mud are built completely in PVC or aluminium, which guarantees a long lifetime of the clarifier.
There are no moving parts which cut down the time for the maintenance.
FUNCTION SHORTCUT
The solid mud is worked in the lower part of the clarifier while, thanks to the helical lamina pack , the smallest parts of mud are worked in the higher side. At the end of the process, the mud get extracted by a manual valve while the clarified water is ready to be reintroduced into the production. The mud extraction, 2 ore 3 times a day, is controlled manual by a valve.

Thanks the helical lamina pack it is possible to reach the performance of inclined compact clarifier with this small dimensioned silos.
NO CHEMICALS
BIOGERIA uses no polyelectrolyte solution (flocculants) to speed up the process.
WASTE WATER DRAFT
An immersion pump is positioned into the waste water collection point. A swim switch that is delivered with the pump controls the water level in your pit.
FIRST CYCLE OF BIOLOGIC DEPURATION
In this phase the water slows down its flow, maximizing the settling. The lower part of the clarifier eliminates the biggest mud parts.
SECOND CYCLE OF BIOLOGIC DEPURATION
The water rises through a lamellar section and to the special designed circular overflow system to complete the clarification process. At the end the water is ready to be reintroduced into the production and get stored in the clean water deposit. The second cycle eliminates most of the finest mud particles
MUD EXTRACTION
The mud decanting at the bottom of the clarifier. A manual valve allows the output of the mud.

Narana plants are complete treatment plants for the clarification of waste water by means of static settling silos and for the dehydration of industrial sludge, coming from the processing of inert or other process, by means of a filter-presses.
The clarification of wastewater allows to obtain the maximum recycling of water used in industrial processing, minimizing the fresh water supplied from the aqueduct and significantly reducing environmental pollution
Narana plants are suitable for such companies that need to treat large flow rates and have no particular space problems. Tesimag designs each plant according to customer specific needs, ensuring maximum performances for each type of sludge.
The water resulting from the working cycle is clarified by a sedimentation process of the mud suspended particles by means of specific polyelectrolytes.
The waste water is conveyed into the collecting well A, from which they are sent to the silo E, by means of a vertical centrifugal pump B, automatically controlled by level probes. The flocculant solution, obtained by the flocculating preparation unit G, is injected by means of a metering pump H into the silo waste water inlet pipe.
Inside the silo the mud, trapped by the polyelectrolytes, falls towards the bottom of the clarifier, thanks to the cone D placed inside it, which accelerates the fall and at the same time prevents its flow.
The clarified water overflows from the silo and is collected in an appropriate storage tank (or in a collecting pool) O, to be sent back to the working process by means of a boosting pump P. The sludge that is conveyed in the lower part of the silo is discharged by means of a pneumatic valve into a mud collection tank L complete with a stirrer designed to obtain an homogeneous mixture.
An horizontal centrifugal pump M, send the sludge to the filter press for dehydration.
The water obtained from the filter press is sent back to the clarification process while the dehydrated mud panels are collected for disposal.
The plant, which operates in a closed and continuous cycle, is managed in complete automation by a centralized control system and does not require any intervention by the operator. This allows to optimize the filtering process and minimize the fresh/aqueduct water supply.
