AGV are automated vehicles, used for the handling of unit loads inside the factory’s production areas and warehouses.

AGV are automated vehicles, used for the handling of unit loads inside the factory’s production areas and warehouses.
They can be integrated with the loading and unloading production processes and are controlled by a wireless 'Supervisor' software that acquires information from the different production lines and communicates what operations to perform.
GUIDANCE SYSTEMS
The AGV vehicles are managed through a LASER guiding system.
This system reads the reflectors (mirrors) placed around the vehicle’s working area through a laser beam tracing its exact position.
A shaft is placed on top of each AGV with a rotating laser head that aims constantly the mirrors. Its software defines the position of the vehicle and guides it according to the path set.
To guarantee its maximum flexibility relating to the company’s logistics and for any plant upgrades, the route set can be changed through the software very quickly and easily.
