Professional wet saw, very light and resistant to corrosive processes, thanks to their structure in aluminium. Solid, precise and versatile they are adaptable to cutting all materials (Grès porcelain stone-wares, bricks, items in concrete, brickworks, natural stones, marbles and granites). The head runs on chrome-plated guides by means of linear recirculating ball bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°. Adjustment of the depth of the cut is with a flywheel set above the motor unit. They are designed to work with blades of Ø250 Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
Stone bench saws equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in aluminium, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap. Folding legs to facilitate transport.

Machinery Function Features:
Stone Slicing machine: the rotating flywheel drives the saw blade to run at high speed to saw and process the stone. The feeding of the processed parts adopts a flat belt transmission mechanism with frequency conversion speed regulation. Different processing speeds can be set according to different materials of the processed parts; the belt table can be raised and lowered , used to adjust the cutting thickness.
The saw blade adopts a mechanical + hydraulic combination mechanism for constant pressure tension, and the platform lift uses an encoder for data collection to automatically control the lift stroke through PLC. The flywheel has undergone dynamic balancing processing, and the whole machine runs smoothly.
