Machinery Function Features:
The Sn-Sm produces split-face tiles made of marble, stone or granite. It can be used to process all the waste generated by other machines.
A hydraulic piston controls the moving horizontal blade that splits the stone. It is monitored thought an electric panel that sends signals to the solenoid valves.
The supports of the two blades are 100% symmetrical because they are CNC machined. Therefore, stones are perfectly split without breaking.
The speed and pressure can be adjusted depending on the type of work piece being processed.
The SN-SM has a very high productivity and its only wear items are the blades.

Machinery Function Features:
Line for the production of pavers from slabs sawn on both sides. The line is based on three levels of shearing and a robotic cell with artificial vision:
1. Primary shearing 1st: Generates strips of granite from the slab. Maximum dimensions determined by the maximum working width of the shear.
2. 2nd Secondary Shears: Processes the strips from the primary shear, generating paver to be palletized by the robot or paver to be unfolded in half in the 3rd shears.
3. Tertiary shears 3rd: Secondary shears split the cobblestones in half. 4. Robotic cell: Robotic cell for handling pavers, equipped with artificial vision that allows the robot to handle the pavers automatically.
