EASYCUT FE 600 EVOLUTION - SIMPLE, PRECISE AND STURDY BRIDGE SAW

Equipped with ø 625mm circular blade, manually inclinable in any position from 0° to 90°, with possibility of step-cutting, even inclined.

- Mobile button panel with 7" colour touch-screen, that can be transferred inside the working area for the alignment of the beam with the cut-tracing laser; it also allows to store up to 100 different sequences of longitudinal cuts, programmable at will; the button panel is prearranged to operate using both millimetres and inches.

- Joysticks to move the machine axes when performing manual cuts.- Simultaneous movement of the X-Y axes, which are controlled by inverter and encoder.

- Work bench provided with manual rotation, mechanical locking with pin at 0, 45°, 90° and -45°, and manually actuated mechanical locking in any position from 0 to 360°. The table top is wood-panelled.

The planarity tolerance of the steel worktop (in the different positions) is ± 1 mm with respect to the nominal height.

- Laser unit with continuous beam to drive the cut.

BASIC SOFTWARE OF EASYCUT FE 600 EVOLUTION BRIDGE SAW ENABLES THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS:

- Manual cutting of rectangular or polygonal pieces

The machine operating in manual mode is very simple, rapid, intuitive and easy to ap-proach even for non-experienced operators which have no knowledge in electronics. The operator runs the machine using the simple portable button panel and the cut-tracing laser, while reading the cutting depth displayed on the touch-screen.

- Cutting of repetitive rectangular pieces (such as floor tiles)

In this mode, the machine performs automatically a series of longitudinal cuts (each cut can be set at the desired distance), the table is manually rotated by 90°, then the machine proceeds with the transversal cuts (each cut can be set at the desired distance).

- Management of profiles

In this mode, it is possible to draw the desired profile directly on the machine by entering both the rough-machining and finishing parameters. In the machining stage, the position of the saw blade will be the origin the profile.

- Management of polygons

In this mode, it is possible to draw the piece to be realized directly on the machine. In the machining stage, the position of the saw blade will be the origin the profile. This operation can be performed only if the machine is provided with the accessory "motorized rotation of the work bench".

Smart-Cut 800 Optima is a numerical control bridge saw cutting centre with interpolated axes, rotating head, specially engineered to cut in either the plunge-cut or step-cut mode, and shape, items of granite, marble, engineered stone and suchlike.
The machine is equipped with a pick-up unit with suction cups used to lift and space out the pieces for cut optimization, and move the pieces in order to work out the engravings for the rods.
Available accessories are a belt table and an automatic shuttle to unload the semifinished pieces and off-cuts and take them outside the working area.

SMART-CUT S/NC 550 is a cnc bridge saw cutting centre with interpolated axes, equipped with rotating head and fixed work bench, designed to perform multiple machining operations which would otherwise require several machines, such as: cutting of slabs, shaping and dishing out of small blocks of marble, granite and stone, engraving of inscriptions, drilling, etc. using either the diamond disc or the drills.

Numerical control bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes for cutting slabs of marble, granite and agglomerate up to 250 mm thick by means of a disc with max. diameter of 725mm. Accurate and sturdy, it is perfect for executing very quickly the cut of polygonal shapes even if complex. It assures high speed of working thanks to translations on ball bearing guides. It is controlled by a Fanuc numeric control and executes works by means of the interpolation of up to 4 axes at a time.

The ADVANCE version, considered as the evolution of the NEXT 1200, differs for the more advanced electronics, the big colour touch screen control panel and the StoneLab software. The machine can perform advanced cuts and complex shaping operations with disc.

Featuring the possibility to work both as a saw and a contouring machine, the EXCEL FC is made in the version with disc of 1000 mm in diameter, run of the Z axis of 1200mm and motor of 30 kw. The electrospindle that can use fingerbits, shaped tools and cutting discs represents the hearth of the machine. The possibility to rotate from 0 to +370 and to incline the head from 0 to 180 automatically, along with the high degree of accuracy of the movements and high speed, assure complex processing in an accurate and quick way.

The TOP CUT 500 it’s a bridge saw, completely constructed in cast iron, the axis move on linear guideways, by brushless motors on high precision racks, the movement is very precise and the the structure is very rigid.
The machine is available as a standard 3 axis machine, or as a 5 axis machine with everything that the standard machine has, more the high speed spindle and the automatic table rotation.
3 AXIS
The standard machine has 3 interpolated axis, the machine does all the normal bridge saw cuts with the blade, the table is manual but it can be locked at any degree.
The machine can also combine DXF to work 3D shapes with the blade on the surface and on the edge of stones.
The tilting of the blade motor is manual but controlled by logic, this mean that the axis move interpolated depending on the tilting angle.
The machine is supplied with a mountable finger bit head, this head allow the machine to cut complex shapes from DXF files.
4 AXIS
More of what you get with the standard machine, with the adding of automatic table rotation, and the high speed spindle, the machine can combine the blade and the finger bit to cut any kind of shape from a slab.

The high speed spindle allow also the machine to make incisions on the stone following G-code input.
5 AXIS
This version of the machine only adds the automatic tilting of the blade, this allow the machine to add to the automatic process bewel cuts.

5 axis CNC Bridge Saw BK2020 5+V
This bridge saw has everything a technologically advanced bridge saw needs to have today: 5 interpolated axis, spindle with half inch fitting with trough-spindle lubrication, tilting table up to 85°, vacuum system for parts movement during automatic cut process, on-board camera, blade and stone thickness probe (optional).

Relationship between the slab size and overall size of the machine
The first evident advantage is the ratio between working area and overall machine dimensions.
This machine with a working area of 4000mm x 2420mm occupies only 15.5 square meters, making it possible to fit two machines in the space of a traditional bridge saw.

Easy unload of parts from the table
The table has three sides that are always accessible to the operator, who can then unload parts more easily and more safely.

Increased rigidity of the machine
The guides of the bridge are anchored to the ground and thus provide a better rigidity to the whole machine.

Bridge resistance to twisting
5-axis bridge saws are exposed to always-changing twist forces, because the blade cutting direction is not always parallel to the bridge.
The shorter bridge solidly anchored, not on wheels or rollers, has greatly improved twist resistance.

Improved Z axis rigidity
An improved motor tilting system combined with a correctly sized blade allowed us to lower the bridge and to shorten the Z slide.
The shorter Z frontally mounted on the bridge has increased rigidity but kept the same working height capacity.

Lower water consumption
The traditional cooling system expects huge quantity of water to cool 30% of the blade perimeter, or only the contact side, this cover (patent n° 3684608) keeps the blade submerged in water for 70% of the perimeter.
Cooling trough submersion needs less water and almost totally eliminate water splashes.

Rapid movements
The smaller size of the machine allows it to reach a point before compared to a larger machine.

Blade motor with vector technology
A vector motor and an induction motor have different performance.
With the same consumption (kW) the vector motor has twice the torque (Nm).
Vector motor technology allows the motor to keep a constant torque up to 6000 rpm, instead with an induction motor, even if controlled by VFD, as the speed increases it loses torque, but the consumption increases.
Using vector motor technology allowed us to increase performance, and drastically reduce consumption and the dimensions of the blade motor.

Increased cutting depth
The motor and flange diameter of only 160mm allows cutting 100mm thick stone with a blade of only 360mm diameter.
With a traditional motor you would instead need a 450mm blade to cut the same thickness.

Better cutting performance
A small blade because it’s thinner reduces sludge left from the cutting process, also because it’s cutting less it can cut faster, and it leaves shorter overcuts. Another advantage of a small blade is that it requires less water and less power to run.

Machine installation
Machine’s mono-block structure allows installation in less than a full working day on a flat concrete floor, without needing to spend more to build walls or special foundations.
