Machinery Function Features:
Marble bench saw ITC AV/AA with toothed belt-drive transmission system. Perfect for both building sites and for small-medium marble-works. Ideal for cutting brickworks, natural stones and stone-like materials, bricks, marbles, granites and Grès porcelain stone-wares. A solid and precise wet saw, available with manual advancement of the cutting head (by means of a flywheel on the right hand side of the machine) – model “AV” – or motorized (with inverter for regulating the speed of advancement) – model “AA”. Unlike the basic versions (ITC – ITC AL – ITC ST) the operator remains stationary, without having to move with the head during cutting.
The head runs on chrome-plated guides straightened by means of linear recirculating bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°. Adjustment of the depth of the cut is with a flywheel set above the motor unit. They are designed to work with blades of Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 and Ø450 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
Sawing-machine equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in sheet metal, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap.
Folding legs to facilitate transport.

General characteristics:
The SNM-DM is a heavy-duty high precision mono-bloc cutting machine suitable for all factories working in the stone industry. When equipped with the suitable tooling it is capable of working marble, granite, cement etc... It is easy to handle and maintenance free.
All guide ways are in hard chrome.
The main structure is made of heavy-duty steel in order to insure maximum stability and quality of the machine over time. The table's sliding surface is composed of very thick plates that are machined on three sides.
The bridge is made of a very stiff box type frame and the base of the slide ways is directly machined on the bridge.
The table slide ways are hardened and work in oil.
The replacement of slide ways is quick and inexpensive and enables this machine to keep its accuracy indefinitely.
Metal shoulders replace conventional concrete walls, facilitating installation and transport of the machine.
The disk is directly mounted on the motor and the machine is suitable for inclined cuts from 0° to 45°.
The driving systems inside gears are case hardened before final grinding.

The single beam system (in aluminium) and the reinforced structure make this saw very tough, compact and precise. Devised and designed for marble-works. Perfect for cutting natural stone, marble, granite, Grès porcelain stoneware, bricks and brickwork. Inclination of the bridge from 90° to 0° by means of reduction gear (on the right hand side of the machine). The innovative system of inclination at 0° means that you can also work in the horizontal, making it possible to use a drilling kit. This accessory allows the operator to realize boring holes (maximum 80 mm) in paving tiles, marble and granite. Adjustment of cutting depth is by means of a flywheel above the motor unit. Designed to function with blades of Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 Ø450 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
The work surface, in multilayer marine plywood (phenolic), ensures stability, resistance to bending, resistance to water and damp.
Equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in sheet metal, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap. Detachable legs to facilitate transport.
ACCESSORIES SUPPLIED: electrical switchboard, extension side roller table 100×50 cm, instruction manual, lateral fence, set of wrenches, side stop.
