The machine automatically performs a polyethylene film (nylon) after an appropriate electrostatic process which ensures its adhesion to the polished surface.
The machine can be installed inside the coils 3 also of different sizes and / or characteristics, in such a way as to optimize the production in function of the different widths of the slabs.

It's Breton's ContourFive NC 700, that was specially developed to machine workpieces featuring a complex 3D shape.
ContourFive 700 is a CNC shaping, contouring, cutting and turning centre with five inter-polated axes and a fixed worktable, that offers the users the possibility of performing mul-tiple and complex machining operations which would otherwise require several machines:
- sawing of slabs and small blocks into workpieces utilising the saw blade
- shaping of either large or small blocks utilising the saw blade to get large pieces with complex shape, such as capitals, banisters, tanks, fireplace components, etc.

Smart-Cut 800 Optima is a numerical control bridge saw cutting centre with interpolated axes, rotating head, specially engineered to cut in either the plunge-cut or step-cut mode, and shape, items of granite, marble, engineered stone and suchlike.
The machine is equipped with a pick-up unit with suction cups used to lift and space out the pieces for cut optimization, and move the pieces in order to work out the engravings for the rods.
Available accessories are a belt table and an automatic shuttle to unload the semifinished pieces and off-cuts and take them outside the working area.

Programming and management system
- The machine is managed and programmed from a colour touch-screen installed on a practical, hanging control console, which is easy to handle and can be rotated.

Numerical control bridge saw with 5 interpolated axes for cutting slabs of marble, granite and agglomerate up to 250 mm thick by means of a disc with max. diameter of 725mm. Accurate and sturdy, it is perfect for executing very quickly the cut of polygonal shapes even if complex. It assures high speed of working thanks to translations on ball bearing guides. It is controlled by a Fanuc numeric control and executes works by means of the interpolation of up to 4 axes at a time.

The new automatic edge polishing machine BORDI P702 for square edges is made with frontal floating spindles for polishing marble and granite edges. The structure of the machine has a high protection degree against corrosion thanks to a sturdy electrowelded steel frame which is first sand blasted and onto which are applied different layers of painting with a zinc epoxy primer. The conveyor belt slides on steel ground plates 12 mm thick. The protection and covering guards of the BORDI P702 are made of stainless steel. Front and beveling spindles are chromed with inner shaft suitable for the use of abrasives of diameter 130 and 150 mm. The BORDI P702 is equipped with a tank for collecting water with a side drainage. Each spindle is automatically controlled for the whole processing cycle with the possibility to program the length of the edge to be polished.

The edge-polishing machine BORDI T804 and BORDI T604 are completely automatic machines that, thanks to their versatility, allow to easily range from the plain step to kitchen countertops. These machines, made of a thick steel study structure, are carefully ground in all the parts, and then assembled after being electro-welded, sandblasted and treated with special painting systems. The belt slides on ground stainless steel plates of 12 mm, and is guided by a double self-greasing belt allowing different types of processing without the use of the guiding bar. The protection guards and the electric board are made of stainless steel. The moving parts of the machine are constantly lubricated by means of an automatic greasing system. The advanced electronics manage each spindle in the different kind of processing, as for example the partial polishing of the edge, the choice of the abrasive diameter and the possibility to polish irregular shapes.

The IMAGESHARE system can be supplied in the MATRIX 4.0 variation, as an alternative to the standard linear scanning system, with a state-of-the-art matrix detecting system with high resolution, capable of assuring the highest standards of chromatic reproduction. Thanks to the sophisticated lighting system which reduces the necessary exposure time for detecting images and prevents any reflex also on the most difficult materials, slabs do not need to be slowed down or stopped when going through the machine.

The open frame gang saw can cut marble slabs of various thickness. The open frame gang saw is realized to install from 10 up to 50 diamond blades. The open structure means that the blade holder frame is moving up and down following the cut of the block.

The trolleys are entering only on laterally. The 10 and 15 models have a linear stroke of the blade of 500 mm.

The 30, 40 and 50 models have a linear stroke of the blade of 600 mm. The rectilinear movement is given on 4 articulated rectilinear guides attached to the open frame structure. These rectilinear articulated guides vastly reduce maintenance costs because they do not require replacement like the traditional slide ways which are subject to a continuous wearing. They are aligned with the fulcrum of the connecting rods. The thrust is along the same axis which means a perfectly balanced gang saw.

TOP INVERTER OR FIXED WIRE SPEED

Single wire saw for dressing blocks and cutting slabs. Has two main flywheels of large diameter (250 or 200 cm as to the maximum cutting height needed) to maximise the cutting speed and the life of the damond wire. The wire tensioning system is hydraulic.

Stiff metallic structure can carry flywheels of diameter either 2000 or 2500 mm.

Electronic drop speed control. The machine uses only two large flywheels (diameter 2000 or 2500 mm) thus reducing wire fatigue. The switchboard is separate from the machine, and includes a number of safety devices with segnalations of eventual anomalies of the cut. Diamond wire tensioning uses one of the two flywheels thanks to an hydraulic piston.
