A sawing, machining and polishing power
The electro-spindle has been entirely developed by Thibaut and enables the combination of the performance of:
• A sawing spindle
• A machining spindle
• A polishing spindle
The T952 enables to make the operations of several Machines in one: straight cut, inclined cut, flat polishing, 3D shaping, drilling, edge polishing ….
It is also possible to process thicknesses of 8 inches.
This new THIBAUT spindle coupled with the new THIBAUT 5-axis head enables to combine the performances of 3 machine types while offering more sturdiness and accuracy in the realization of operations enabled by this machine.
Entirely developed by THIBAUT, it offers a very high sturdiness (transmission by cyclo reducer without play). The cross laser enables precise positioning of the vacuum pods on the table.

Numerous functions in a reduced space
Buying a workshop or extend a building can be expensive. This « all-in-one » solution allows you to make all the operations of 3 different machines, with only one machine.
Thanks to its versatility, this machine can be adapted to some workshops in which several machines cannot fit.
The linear tool magazine can receive up to 47 tools. It is possible to install several tool magazines.
Design, ergonomics and safety
The T952 is the first machine of the new THIBAUT machine range for which the design has been entirely rethought.
The door structure is self-supporting, without contact with the ground (no foundation required). Those new doors offer a reinforced safety thanks to their dimensions and components.
The door panels are made of transparent polycarbonate with a large glass surface and a big screen directly integrated into the door, easing access to the control panel for the operator while having good visibility of the machining area.
Above the stainless steel control panel, a lighting strip gives signals to the operator during processing (colour code or messages).
To enable the operator to lay documents, an ergonomic tablet is installed under the control panel.
Programming
The machine comes with the very latest user-friendly « Pilot » interface, for more efficiency and speed.
Thanks to the multi-touch screen and control panel built-in to the door, you will be able to command the machine from the end of your fingertips, while having visibility on the working area.
The lighting strip installed above control panel brings information on the progress of the machining.
New functions have been added with this THIBAUT Pilot such as configuration and control of tools according to materials, machining simulation, a library of parametric shapes.
It is possible to prepare the programs on a computer (software T’Cut, eT’cam…) or directly at the machine.

HIGH PRECISION HIGH PRESSURE WATERJET
The cutting system is a high pressure water jet up to 4150 Bar/ 60 000 PSI (optional : 6000 Bar / 87 000 PSI ) generated by an intensifying pump. This high pressure water is concentrated into a fine but very powerful water jet after going through an orifice.
In a mixing chamber just after the orifice, abrasives are added to the jet which reach a speed of 900 m/s almost MACH 2. It then goes in a focalization tube to be projected onto the work-piece. The result is an abrasive jet of less than one millimeter diameter capable of cutting the hardest materials.
WORKING TABLE OF LARGE DIMENSION
A large working table enabling to cut the pieces of dimension 4000×2000 mm (TWJ4020).
Thanks to the mobile machine arm, access to the table is eased. The operation can lay the slabs from all the table sides.
The working table is composed of galvanized vertical blades (S shape), stainless steel frame and grates on tank bottom for recovering of waste material which might have fallen.
Water level variation by Ballast system (quick and ecological). By raising slightly the water level above the slab one can cut with the same efficiency yet reducing drastically the sound level.
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY NC
The NC controls the head movement following the program written into the NC or on PC.

The T’CUT software is identical to the software of the THIBAUT NC sawing machines.
Work-pieces are positioned on the working table. The table is in a stainless steel tank full of water.
Most of the materials do not require any clamping. The water in the tank absorbs the jet residual energy. The working table as well as the abrasive suction pipes positioned in the tank bottom (only with option abrasive muds evacuation) can be damaged or worn out by the jet if left idle a certain using time but can be replaced easily.
VERY HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
The VHP pump is integrated in the machine frame (back side) for a space optimization. It is entirely controlled by the NC. The pressure is variable from 500 to 4150 bar / 7250 to 60000 PSI via IHM (option 6000 bar / 87 000 PSI).
This enables to drill with low pressure to avoid any splash or material breakage when jet is opened in full material. Then, the NC controls high pressure automatically.

Machining center T858 V2, with its 5 interpolated axes, is a versatile machine with high performances to achieve complex 3D shaping and polishing operations for architectural concrete market. The T858V2 has a very performing software specially developped for strong materials industry.
The compact spindle brings great neatness in machining operations, and the maximum speed of 10,000 rev/min allows the use of very small diameter tools, such as engraving tools. Available in several versions : monobloc, concrete or welded walls (several lengths of runway available). Depending on the version, the number of locations in the tool magazine varies from 36 to 135, allowing a wide operating range.
