The printing heads guarantee the maximum result even in case of intensive use. No line, band, edging or blurring No machine stopping PRINTING METHODS Binary The head generates drops of the same size and speed. Every graphic pixel corresponds to a drop which is always identical. Grayscale (GS) The head generates drops of different sizes and equal speed. Every graphic pixel corresponds to one of the levels of gray. By quantity (Q) The head works in binary mode at variable frequency depending on the weight of the liquid dropped, compatibly with the speed of the incoming material. Every graphic pixel corresponds to a train of identical drops according to the quantity requested by the machine operator. SEIKO 1536 HEADS AT 360 DPI Heads with recirculation of the ink at the level of the nozzle plate and 8-level grayscale printing. The size of the first drop makes the point invisible. It’s necessary to choose the most appropriate type of head according to the quantity of ink that has to be dropped and to the type of product to be obtained. The S head is suitable for working at high resolution The L-HF and PQRL-HF heads are recommended for high quantity use and, given the high flow of internal recirculation, also for processing materials with stability limits of the suspension The M and M-HF heads are, instead, suitable for both categories of use CREADIGIT’S VERSATILITY Creadigit is easy to install and adjustable on every line. Easy maintenance, it’s possible to replace each single head on line and can be integrated with your plant through RIP and profiling software. It is also resistant and easy to clean: every color bar is extractable from both sides and the color can be reloaded at the front or from a “cubotainer”; thanks to the integrated washing of the belt, the dust-vacuuming system and the stainless steel structure, Creadigit is resistant to humidity and to contact with chemical products.
