This machine performs the longitudinal cuts of marble or granite slabs into strips with predetermined length by means of diamond discs. It is equipped with a variable number of discs and with different automation levels and powers according to the production needs.
M744 is available also in the version for marble and granite strips with 2, 3 or 4 discs.
Pedrini M744 trimming machines perform the longitudinal continuous cutting of marble or granite strips and slabs to produce elements with defined width.
All Pedrini M744 trimming machines are available in several versions and with different automation levels.
On demand, M744 machines can be manufactured in special versions to cut semi-finished products having different sizes compared to the standard.
Trimming machines M744LV are normally used for the trimming of up to 650 mm wide strips of marble and granite.
Whether used individually or included in a production line, M744LV can be equipped with a different number of discs to enable different processing:
. with 2 discs it allows to trim strips to get the final width;
. with 3 discs it allows to trim and get two strips from a single strip;
. with 4 discs it allows to trim and get three strips from a single strip.
Trimming machines M744LD, M744MD and M744KD are particularly suitable for high production cutting lines for marble and granite slabs.
Trimming machines for slabs can be equipped with a different number of disc holder heads according to the minimum processed sizes (5, 6, 7 or 8) and to the slabs width.
As option, the first disc holder head can be mounted in an opposite position to the others so to recover undersized elements from the remaining waste.
A special double-coated rubber belt moves the slab to the machine entry.
Special guides keep the conveyor belt straight movement ensuring the cuts linearity.
The disc holder heads are directly selected from the control panel. The heads which are not used are excluded by means of a pneumatic system without removing the disc.
After the execution of the cuts, on request, a special waste crushing unit is mounted at the machine exit allowing to cut the waste into small pieces facilitating its fall on the removal conveyor belt.

Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a laser mounted on the disc holder head to show the position where the cut will be performed on the slab.
Trimming machine M744 for strips with useful cutting width up to 900 mm.
Trimming machine M744 for strips with disc diameter 500 mm for cutting thickness up to 120 mm.
Trimming machine M744 for strips to cut formats up to 650 x 650 mm. In this case, the machine is equipped with a squaring system to align each format before the trimming process.
Upon request, all Pedrini M744 trimming machines, both for strips and for slabs, can be equipped with the exclusive cutting system with aligned double disc which allows to directly cut thickness up to 70 mm twice faster than standard versions.
The disc holder head special double support is manufactured in one piece and it ensures the double disc perfect alignment.
The simultaneous use of the two discs allows a high production capacity and a lower tool consumption as well.
Power varying from 4 to 9 kW according to the type of material and to the required thickness.

Longitudinal cutting machines, very sturdy and reliable that can cut strips wide up to 50 mm (60 RAF). These longitudinal cutting machines are available in manual or sequential versions. Spindles fitted are 1 to 3 and can cut thickness up to 40 mm for granite and 60 mm for marble in a single pass.

MTP are automatic machines for multiple linear cutting with diamond discs.
Suitable for cutting ceramic tiles of any kind, marble, granite, glass and bricks.
MTP 500/700/950/1300/1600/2200 differentiate from each other for the width of the relevant conveyor belt and can be delivered with two or three cutting heads, to allow the choice of the most appropriate type according to the quantities or the sizes to be cut.
An essential characteristic of the MTPs is the fact that the disc support shaft is stable and doesn't vibrate as it is fastened on both sides. The lack of vibrations guarantees the excellent quality of the cut made.
With two disc support heads, the first is used to perform the pre-cut and the second the cut, thus achieving high production speeds with excellent finish results.
With three heads, on the other hand, there are certain advantages,
1) by using the second head you can chamfer by fitting chamfering discs shaped at 90°, thus obtaining a complete cut with superior chamfering.
2) by carrying out two pre-cuts with the first and second heads and the final cut with the third you get higher production and the possibility to cut thicknesses off up to 25/30 mm on materials such as granite or porcelain stoneware without drastically slowing down the cutting speed.
As the frame is the same length for all models it is in any case possible to subsequently fit the third head onto the 2-head cutting machine.
Thanks to their very sturdy structure, the MTPs can be fitted with motors with power up to 22kw with special tools for cutting mosaics automatically up to sizes of 10x10 mm.

Professional stone saw for tilted cuts designed to work slabs "face down", it allows to perform perfect 45 degree cutting even on uncalibrated slabs.
