CNC MACHINING CENTER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
NC4-320 4 axes is a multifunctional working centre to process marble, granite and compound stone designed also for complex processing in short time and high quality. NC4-320 has been specially designed to ensure higher production capacity as well as the largest flexibility thanks to the very high working and displacement speed and the wide gamut of possible geometries,which allow any kind of processing ( shaping, profiling, milling, chamfering, drilling...)on marble, granite and compound stone slabs without the intervention of the operator, following a pre-set program. The machine features a mobile bridge structure, engineered using the state-of-the-art techniques of computer-assisted design, which forms a sole assembly with the uprights fixed to the based onto which the pieceholding table is applied.
AXES MOVEMENT:
The axes move by re-circulating ball screw at 60 m/min with accelerations which permit to reach the maximum speed in very short time. An automatic device to lubricate the guides and the screws grants high reliability over the time of every moving part.
The rapid displacements of the bridge along the shoulders are performed at a speed of 40 meters per minute; this make it possible to have faster work cycles, as all idle times for non-operative movements are absolutely negligible.
THE SPINDLE UNIT:
The tempered and rectified steel guides for the displacement of the spindle holding saddle (x axis) are machined onto the normalized, electrowelded steel bridge, suitably dimensioned and ribbed. The whole sliding system is protected in order to avoid any possible contamination between the processing water and lubricating oil. The spindle holding saddle moving on recirculating roller slides.
In order to obtain rapid displacement up to 40 meters per minute, which accelerates the work cycles, the movement of the spindle-holding saddle is provided by a fixed high precision rectified screw and a mobile ball bearing preharced lead nut linked directly to a digital SIMENS servo motor.
The electro-spindle adopted for this work centre is manufactured by the most important european producer of these components; it is a powerfull unit (12kw) and can attain very high rotationspeed (max 11.000 rpm) in order to use milling tools with reduced diameters and therefore, providing extremely pricise processing. The stator and the rotor are housed within the casing; the whole assembly is cooled and stabilized by means of a thermal sensor to increase its reliability. The tool cooling water and the cone cleaning air pass through the spindle at a flow rate of 60lt/min. Spindle vertical travel of same 400 mm which allows to also rough-sahpe tick billets.
CONTROL UNIT:
The NC4-320 is equipped with a latest technology continuous numerical control unit (CNC) SIMENS sinumeric of the latest generation, with digital control on PC architecture.
STRUCTURE:
The support structure of the NC4-320 is composed of a rugged closed-type structure fabricated from a single pieces of normalized welded steel, so as to quaranty the maximum rigidity, thereby providing extremely pricise processing
The bridge moves along the shoulders of the main structure, onto which the tempered and rectified steel guides are machined.
The bridge movement along the shoulders is by a system of two recirculating ball-bearing screws with precharged lead nuts, each one acting on one side of the bridge.
This solution allows to have perfect control and absolute precision oof movement and positioning. Traction is garantied by two digital servo motors, each one acting on one screw; the perfect synchronism of the two screw is constantly driven by SIMENS numerical control installed on the machine.( Gantry drive system )
The NC4-320 numerical work centre has a mobile bridge along the Y axes; this solution makes the work area completely open and accessible, which facilitates loading and unloading of work-pieces even when lifting equipment is required.

THE WORK TABLE
The machine’s base is made up of an extremely rigid structure upon which is placed an aluminium worktable rectified to grand maximum flatness of the work area. THE FOURTH “C” AXES:
Among the range of accessories, it is also available a unit that allows to use tools with horizontal axes.
This unit is fixed to the spindle by means of ISO 40 coupling,as any other tool; it can continuously rotate 360 around the , “C” vertical axes, which is numerically controlled and can be locked in any position to perform retilinear cuts in all directions.
It is a continuous rotating fourth axes “C” which makes it possible to use cutting units with vertical disc to perform rectilinear cuts, or convex disc for corvilinear cuts, or 45 adjustable disc to perform inclined cut

Our machine has a strong steel body structure and it is painted with epoxy paint.

OZKKM CRUX is a 5-axis monoblock bridge saw machine that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allows every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of CRUX is monoblock, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monoblock configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being performed.
OZKKM CRUX is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machine, both have technical solutions of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time forplacing or returning to cut start).
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate disks up to a diameter of 625 mm and ½” gas thread tools. It also warrants the choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center to reduce the efforts on the axis to zero for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc can be arranged automatically from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be tilted up to 80 ° by a hydraulic piston to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces.

It is the world’s most serial blasting stone manufacturing machine.
The appearance surfaces of natural stone, marble, travertine, brick, tile, lock stone and other materials gives the appearance of a tree that has been flamed and hammered or cut off in the vertical bark.
Conveyor belt speed can be adjusted up to 0-3,5m/min.
Processing engine power can reach up to 2.2 kw.

Automatic Liquid Lubrication System
Automatic surface broken machine, cutter head bearings and all working on each other are lubricated with automatic lubrication from the central system.
In the automatic liquid lubrication system, when the liquid oil falls below a certain level, the machine automatically shuts itself off and doesn’t work until the oil chamber is re- filled with supplemental oil.
Serial Production With Yp-200
At the entrance and in the machine, adjustable stone printing systems are available in the automatic surface broken machine. 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20 cm (optional) surface width Stones are produced by the machine for decorative purposes. In order for the machine to perform mass production, the stone thickness should be at least 1/3 of the surface width (the type of stone, hardness-softness-dry etc.). During the duplicate production phase, natural or artificial Stones are given to the machine and the surface flapping process is taken out of the machine in the finished way. During the broken, the waste is placed under the machine and the machine’s integrated wheelbarrow can be dropped on its own and easy to clean. As a duplicate production target, Toksel Makine Automatic Surface Broken Machines have stone printing systems.

Manual Chopping Machine
It allows cutting of products such as natural stone, glass etc. which are 3cm-5cm thick with up-down movement of crusher blades depending on the eccentric moving arm.
Standard sizes of natural stone, marble, travertine, brick, tile, keystone and so on, such as the destruction of two realizes the process of breaking.
Bearings and bearing housings used in the arm crushing machine are SKF, FAG brand and equivalent products.

It is used to round the sharp edges of the marble and to give the old surface effect.
This process provides vibration to move with the vibration.

The Tornado gang saw is the result of over 23 years of ZMK’s experience in the natural stone sector. The gang saw was designed for the quick sawing of marble blocks. The model Tornado is available in the versions with 80 and 100 blades. The blade frame is at a fixed height and moved by a double connecting rod, whilst the block carrying trolley is installed on a platform which rises towards the diamond blades.
The frame moves on a system of V type sliders that run along oil bath steel guides. Thanks to the use of special metals and mechanisms this is an extremely efficient, simple system with very low friction resistance that does not require complex dynamic or hydraulic mechanisms and requires very little maintenance.
The block lifer platform moves precisely up on 4 slides (2 flat and 2 prismatic) fixed to the columns and plated with a thick coat of chrome to guarantee a long working life. The lifting of the platform is guaranteed by four big screws of large diameter working perfectly synchronized. All slides are opportunely protected by rubber or stainless steel guards, as to avoid water infiltration and sawing residuals that could compromise the efficiency of the gang saw as time goes by.
The flywheel weight 9.500 Kg and made of a cast iron. The diameter of the flywheel is 3.500 mm which is one of the heaviest and largest flywheels in the market. It guarantees a constant cutting speed.
The system with two connecting rods provides clear and time tested advantages over a single connecting rod system. All the power and mechanical thrust transferred to the blade holder are shared between two connecting rods instead of just one.
ZMK’s gang saw is supplied with touch screen control panel. This system allows the complete supervision and programming of the cutting phases. In fact, this system enables to set various cutting speeds according to the different cutting phases (beginning, intermediate and final).
