The milling cutter integrated next to the saw motor has added the machining feature as well as cutting. It has made control easier with its 100% native, simple and understandable interface. In the interface working with CNC logic, it is possible to add ready-made drawings as well as the operator can draw himself.
With the designs integrated into the program for the cuts that are frequently used in the market, you can make the drawing ready by simply entering the dimensions. In addition to these, optional features such as 3500*2000mm processing area (according to 45˚ cut), milling tool change, vacuum, automatic saw-milling measurement, plate measurement, template reading can be included in our machine. The CUTJET-W5 is a cutting bench used for cutting many materials such as glass, marble,
granite, metal, plexiglass. Due to high-pressure abrasive cutting and being a cold process,

Simple and Strong Structure: Özteknik multiwire machine has an open frame structure which is both strong and functional. All parts undergo thorough structural checks with the aid of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software. Two columns are robustly fixed to foundation and one connecting transversal beam that have been built with wide closed section in large thickness normalized steel work. The weight on nuts, which are caused by the effect of the operational elements connected to sliders, are supported with N2 pistons in the columns. Utilizing two columns makes accessing the machine very convenient. The wires can be replaced or moved to obtain different thickness requirements very quickly and smoothly as the machine can be easily accessible from all sides.
