The DRUM STONE is our latest patented sander with incredible features and performance.
This revolutionary sander for floors in marble, granite, stoneware, terrazzo, concrete etc. has a unique processing system, completely different from the classic rotating discs, which allows it to do the work of two three-phase satellite sanders together, with a very low cost of the abrasive.
It works with an abrasive cylinder 30 cm wide and 10 in diameter which rotates resting on the floor to be worked up to 2300 rpm. in this case the specific weight exerted by the roller is enormously greater than that of the classic sanders with round discs; the result is a very high abrasive action of this roller and in order to manage and control it, it was necessary to use the inverter to vary its revolutions (in addition to the other advantages that its use entails).
The abrasive cylinders are available in grits from 46 to 3000, their duration is enormous, on average 4500-5000 m2 with an abrasive cost of 2.5 euro cents / m2.

The DRUM STONE works with water but we also have a version with a vacuum cleaner to work dry; the roller is changed in 90 seconds by loosening a simple bolt.

On granite and stoneware its superiority is even stronger, if we start a granite with a satellite with grain 60 and then 120-200-400-800-1500-3000; with the DRUM STONE we pass instead: 200-500-1000-3000. therefore with an even greater time advantage since you skip several grits.
Compared with heavy and bulky American three-phase sanders (with about 9 kw of power and 250-280 kg of weight) it was always decidedly faster.
In a marble floor where there are deep scratches that you would normally eliminate by passing a 60 if not 30 grit, with the DRUM STONE insisting a few seconds really, you can eliminate them with a 200 grit even 400.
On an average striped marble or terrazzo floor it is possible with DRUM STONE to start with a 400 grain and that's it, then polish

Mini Polisher is the only machine available in the world which is specially designed to grind, polish, maintain etc. marble, mosaic, stone and slate treads, platforms, landings etc. Its 1hp heavy-duty motor meets the most demanding requirements of any of the above operations.
Your machine is powered by a 1hp, mono-phase motor, 220V, 1440rpm. Three mini v-belts drive the spindle which is mounted in heavy-duty taper roller bearings to ensure smooth running and long life. The spindle is coupled to the abrasive plate by means of a rubber coupling. The rear wheel assembly is connected to the frame of the machine over a raise-lower device. This enables the operator to balance the machine exactly. You may take your hands off a running machine and it will not wander away but stay where it is. This feature coupled with the front handle control gives excellent control over the operation being performed. The machine has adequate self-weight for all grinding, polishing and buffing applications. The operator need not apply any pressure manually. A spring stand is provided to allow easy and convenient change of abrasives and polishing plates. The electrical cable can be conveniently wrapped onto the cable holder. Central water feeding through the shaft brings the water required for grinding exactly to the right place. The water guard prevents splashing of the entire polishing area.
Mini Polisher provide with one abrasive plate capable of holding three Butterfly (Munich) / three Casani / three Triangle abrasives. The abrasive plates are easily interchangeable. One spare plain plate may be kept for any eventuality. Your machine attains its steadiest performance when the wheel side of the machine frame is kept about 25 to 35mm lower than the handle side. Generally, if the machine pulls to the left you are advised to lower the rear of the machine frame. In case the machine pulls backward you are advised to raise the rear of the machine frame.

DRUM STONE D is another version of the DRUM series, where D stands for double, that is double, because this sander apparently the same as the DRUM STONE has a double system for sanding inside: both the innovative front abrasive cylinder at the bottom, which rotates on the surfaces to be machined with respect to an axis parallel to them; is a classic sanding system using a disc that carries different types of abrasives, diamonds and others rotated in the classic way.

Thanks to the presence of the traditional disk, which having a diameter of 53 cm does a lot of work, we can also crystallize or even wax the floors, or smooth some special floors in the traditional way where the use of the cylinder is excessive. of its frightening abrasive action.

Mini Polisher is the only machine available in the world which is specially designed to grind, polish, maintain etc. marble, mosaic, stone and slate treads, platforms, landings etc. Its 1hp heavy-duty motor meets the most demanding requirements of any of the above operations.
Your machine is powered by a 1hp, mono-phase motor, 220V, 1440rpm. Three mini v-belts drive the spindle which is mounted in heavy-duty taper roller bearings to ensure smooth running and long life. The spindle is coupled to the abrasive plate by means of a rubber coupling. The rear wheel assembly is connected to the frame of the machine over a raise-lower device. This enables the operator to balance the machine exactly. You may take your hands off a running machine and it will not wander away but stay where it is. This feature coupled with the front handle control gives excellent control over the operation being performed. The machine has adequate self-weight for all grinding, polishing and buffing applications. The operator need not apply any pressure manually. A spring stand is provided to allow easy and convenient change of abrasives and polishing plates. The electrical cable can be conveniently wrapped onto the cable holder.
