Machinery Function Features
This machine is the basic equipment for the production of thin marble slabs and composite slabs. It uses band saw blades (diamond wire) to split or saw the slabs into slices. The saw blade tension adopts an automatic constant pressure hydraulic device. Compared with the traditional machine using manual tension, it has the advantages of uniform strength, stable pressure, longer service life of the saw blade, and convenient operation. The slice (thickness) adjustment adopts screen setting and PLC automatic control,. which greatly reduces the difficulty of operation and improves work efficiency.
