The MEM AC-HV wire from Grani Roc is a machine designed for dressing and slabbing stone blocks. The machine is specially designed to cut horizontally but it can also cut vertically. The machine has an automatic wedging system that makes the horizontal cutting process completely automatic. To cut horizontally gives a higher productivity as well as a higher performance of the tool. Furthermore, a higher productivity is achieve due to the non existence of stop times in loading a loading operations as it happens in the conventional static machines.
·The bridge structure and pillars of the machine are built in laminated steel. All surfaces of contact between the different parts are machined for guaranteeing high precision in assembly and also in the cutting process.
· All the steel elements of the structure are subjected to a surface finishing consisting of a deep cleaning and degreasing treatment, a metallization treatment and corresponding protective layers and painting. These treatments enhance the durability of the machine against
aggressive weather and working conditions.
· The main motor is direct in the main pulley, and it is controlled by an electronic frequency variator –inverter-, that permits to apply progressive linear speed to the wire and its adjustment to optimize the behaviour and performance of the tool.
· The tensioning of the wire is made pneumatic and automatically with indication of wire breakage or shortage. In this way the machine controls automatically the down movement of the machine, adapting it to the optimum working tension of the wire, avoiding possible breakages and optimizing its behaviour.
· The machine has an automatic wedging system which introduces the wedges into the block to be cut using the number of wedges pre-programmed by the operator in the control panel.
· All the main pulleys –drive and tensioning– and guiding wheels are protected by rubber liners in order to get the necessary traction of the wire. Such liners can be easily changed once they are worn out.
· The machine is equipped with an automatic cooling system for the diamond wire with detection of constant water pressure. This system stops the machine in the case of lack or insufficient water flow, protecting the tool and preventing possible deterioration or damage of the equipment.
· All the up and down screws are protected with hoods against dust and water.
· The machines has an automatic greasing system that injects lubricating liquid in the critical parts of the machine ensuring their correct functioning and the long life of the spare parts.
· The control panel, situated in the lateral part of the machine, has all the drive and protection components and devices of all control and safety equipment of the machine. All these components are standard, allowing easy and quick maintenance and / or replacement.

By means of the NDF-1289 automatic loading car (optional), we will feed the longitudinal cutter with the material coming from a stevedore, the boards are collected by this automatic feeder, through the use of suction cups connected to a vacuum pump that lowers them until put them in a horizontal position, prepared for their advance towards the cutting unit. The boards are picked up from the horizontal stacker and positioned waiting to enter the production line in
such a way that in successive boards the alignment is maintained and it is not necessary to adjust the starting point of the cutter.

The intermediate roller table constitutes the point of union between the feeding car and the longitudinal cutter. In addition, it acts as an intermediate warehouse so that the downtime of the cutting unit is minimal.
The longitudinal cutter with 5 heads on mobile bridge N.8000-L-5C and the transverse cutter with 7 heads N.8000-T-7C, are machines equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of their mechanical and electronic design. What stands out above all are the linear guide systems of the headstock bridge supported by two beams parallel to the cutting table, the first and perpendicular to the second, with precision linear guides and high-precision, high-rigidity recirculating ball slides, on the that it displaces, to carry out the cutting tasks. The N.2304 cutting tables are built with a steel structure with a rectified upper plane, on which the motorized transport belt rests with a rubber-coated outer surface to prevent the displacement of the material during the cutting phase. A device to stop the stone, located on the table of the second crosscutter, allows to greatly reduce the times during the crosscutting process.
The table N.2590, located at the exit of the longitudinal cutter, has a system of physical stops, actuated pneumatically, that allows the selection of the strips that have been previously cut according to the width for their subsequent processing in the longitudinal cutter.
The second table N.2585 has a dragging device to join and align the strips prior to their processing in the transversal cutter, as well as the removal of longitudinal waste.
The unloading tables with band N.2426 have a frame built based on steel profiles with a transport band for unloading the cutting table, simultaneously, while the crosscutter already receives the next board and is ready to cut.
The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 (optional) with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of work process , reduction of cycle times and efficient use of downtime. The reception suction cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 120 Kgs.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident.
All machines and heads are equipped with an implantation system with centralized greasing for quick and easy maintenance.
In the electrical and control installation section, it is worth highlighting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, avoiding thus wasting unnecessary time. HERSEN’s palletizing robots can automatically, programmatically load, unload, manipulate and flip porcelain, marble, granite, quartz, tile boxes, cement blocks or bricks. Design and manufacture according to the specifications of each client, can be integrated into one or more production lines. It is controlled by four Cartesian axes (X, Z, Y, C) and simple and intuitive user software.
They can be equipped with suction cups or mechanical grippers depending on the application and the product to be handled.

The palletizing robot equipped with a suction cup is designed to handle porcelain, marble, granite, quartz and solid surfaces. For example, they can automatically load large-format porcelain tables into horizontal drawers. Unload drawers horizontally and load tables vertically by positioning them on trestles.
Another example is the integration of the palletizing robot in cutting lines, polishing lines or resin lines for loading and unloading the tables.

The water cabins need more maintenance and the periodic change of the filters, which ends up not being done after a period of time. This causes the filter to clog and not work properly. On the other hand, the water tank can cause problems for not cleaning them properly, such as legionella, etc.
Dry marble vacuuming has greater suction power, significantly reduces maintenance problems for water curtains, and does not have the problems derived from poorly recycled water or unchanged filters.
The dust is sucked in through the front holes of the booth by means of a powerful suction system. The dust is captured in the inner textile sleeves.
A programmable self-cleaning system causes a short reverse cycle to be generated and these textile sleeves vibrate and the dust falls by gravity to the lower drawers. These drawers are easily emptied when full.
They are manufactured in any size, depending on the number of operators who will work within them. For example, those of 2 and 3m would be for one person, 4m for two people, 6m for three people.

Sludge bagging machines Hersen Eco-10
The sludge filtering equipment serves to filter and reduce the concentration of sludge in the basins that receive and store the water that the machines need to work.
The equipment carries the electrical panel to carry out the stops and starts based on the levels detected by the sensors that are installed in the basin and in the upper part of the equipment. In this way the pump starts or stops automatically, without the need to control the levels.
The suction pump is installed in the basin that receives the flow from the machines. From this position, the dirty water is pumped to the equipment which, by gravity, falls into the bags and a large part of the mud is retained. The cleanest water falls to the lower tray of the equipment and passes to the next basin destined to collect and store the clean water.

The COMBO equipment from Grani Roc is especially designed to dress the blocks before they go for slabbing in a multiwire saw machine. It is composed of an stationary wire saw, a mobile wire saw and a mobile trolley, allowing to perform two cuts simultaneously.
·The structures and pillars of the machines are built in laminated steel. All surfaces of contact between the different parts are machined for guaranteeing high precision in assembly and also in the cutting process.
· All the steel elements of the structure are subjected to a surface finishing consisting of a deep cleaning and degreasing treatment, a metallization treatment and corresponding protective layers and painting. These treatments enhance the durability of the machine against aggressive weather and working conditions.
· The main motors are controlled by electronic frequency variators –inverters-, that permit to apply progressive linear speed to the wire and its adjustment to optimize the behaviour and performance of the tool.
· The tensioning of the wire is made pneumatic with detection and indication of wire breakage or shortage and stop the machines in case of breakage of the wire.
· All the main pulleys –drive and tensioning– and guiding wheels are protected by rubber liners in order to get the necessary traction of the wire. Such liners can be easily changed once they are worn out.
· The machine is equipped with an automatic cooling system for the diamond wire with detection of constant water pressure. This system stops the machine in the case of lack or insufficient water flow, protecting the tool and preventing possible deterioration or damage of the equipment.
· All the up and down screws are protected with hoods against dust and water.
· The machines has an automatic greasing system that injects lubricating liquid in the critical parts of the machine ensuring their correct functioning and the long life of the spare parts.
· The control panel, situated in the lateral part of the machine, has all the drive and protection components and devices of all control and safety equipment of the machine. All these components are standard, allowing easy and quick maintenance and / or replacement.
· The machines have their own mobile compressor, required for the pneumatic system for tensioning the wire.

At HERSEN we manufacture accessories for cranes such as this arm for loading and unloading boards in closed containers. This class of load arms is used in those occasions in which the load has been carried out with a central stand and bundles (or packages of boards with packaging) have not been used.
Generally, the cargo that is usually transported are boards that are less than 1.7 meters high, such as quartz or artificial materials. In this way, this arm can also load bundles as long as they are not taller than 1.7 meters.
In this model, the load is below the arm that is introduced into the container.
In general, bundles are not used, a trestle is placed in the center and loaded directly on the trestle. For example, with the 5tn model, 26 2cm boards can be loaded in each cycle. In just 4 cycles, the container is loaded. It is very fast and requires very few personnel.
Types and characteristics of the arm for loading and unloading of boards
One of the great advantages of this loading arm model is that it allows you to get as close as possible to the sides of the container, this makes unloading the material much easier.
The loading arm has an empty weight (when it is not loaded) and once it is loaded the sum of both (empty weight + load) gives us a total weight. The crane where the loading arm is installed must have the capacity to lift this total load.
The 5tn crane is one of the most widely used in marble workshops. When this is the case, to lift up to boards up to a weight of 3.5 tons it requires that the loading arm weigh less than 1.5 tons to be able to be used in this type of 5 ton cranes. For this reason, two types of construction are made: standard (model B) and light (model BL)
One of the main differences between one model and another is that the standard construction weighs more empty than the light one.
In this way, with the BL model it is possible to load / unload boards up to a weight of 3.5 tons with a 5 ton crane. On the other hand, with the B model, up to 1.6tn can only be loaded when using this crane capacity. To reach 3.5tn with the B model, it must be installed on a 7tn crane.

The longitudinal cutter with 2 heads on a mobile bridge N.8500-2C and the transversal cutter with 2 heads N.8500-2C, are machines equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of their mechanical and electronic design. What stands out above all are the linear guide systems of the headstock bridge supported by two beams parallel to the cutting table, the first and perpendicular to the second, with precision linear guides and high-precision, high-rigidity recirculating ball slides, on the that it displaces, to carry out the cutting tasks.
The movable disc holder heads supported on linear guides on the bridge, with recirculating ball sliders, also carry out the vertical movement guided on recirculating ball sliders and driven by a laminated spindle with recirculating ball nut, to be able to position very quickly. and precision, leaving the entire assembly perfectly protected by PVC bellows.
Head holders equipped with translation movement through a displacement motor reducer controlled by a frequency converter and a magnetic rule for positioning on the X axis, and a head driven by a spindle and an electric motor reducer for vertical positioning of the cut on the Z axis. The positioning of the heads is simultaneously thanks to the independent converters of each head.
The N.2304 cutting tables are built with a steel structure with a rectified upper plane, on which the motorized transport belt rests with a rubber-coated outer surface to prevent the displacement of the material during the cutting phase. A device to stop the stone, located on the table of the second crosscutter, allows to greatly reduce the times during the crosscutting process.
The table N.2590, located at the exit of the longitudinal cutter, has a system of physical stops, actuated pneumatically, that allows the selection of the strips that have been previously cut according to the width for their subsequent processing in the longitudinal cutter.
The second table N.2585 has a dragging device to join and align the strips prior to their processing in the transversal cutter, as well as the removal of longitudinal waste.
The unloading tables with band N.2426 have a frame built based on steel profiles with a transport band for unloading the cutting table, simultaneously, while the crosscutter already receives the next board and is ready to cut.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident.
All machines and heads are equipped with an implantation system with centralized greasing for quick and easy maintenance.
In the electrical and control installation section, it is worth highlighting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, avoiding thus wasting unnecessary time. The programming of the work cycle and the visualization of its sequence is carried out on two operator terminals with a screen, where all the work parameters are displayed, as well as the cutting cycles.

For the transport of heavy tonnage loads inside industries with one axle. These heavy duty trolleys, manufactured entirely by HERSEN, can withstand loads of up to 80 tons. They are certified and have successfully passed the relevant tests in technological institutes. The model shown in the photos (Ref 50458) corresponds to an example capable of transporting loads of up to 20 tons in very small spaces. The measurements of this particular unit are 3m x 2.6m. However, at HERSEN we design and tailor any order of this type to adapt at all times to the customer’s needs.Our range of industrial trailers is equipped with double wheels to distribute weight and improve safety. In addition, thanks to the rubber surface that each wheel has, they are designed to adapt to the irregularities of the ground and avoid vibrations on the load. The turning system allows each of the wheels to adapt independently to the necessary radius that each one must make to make the curve and stabilize the load. The steering has an advanced regulation system to maintain the alignment of the wheels and thus avoid their wear. The configuration of the rotating system of industrial trailers can be:
Simple System: With this system, the front wheels turn following the tiller.
The tiller is vertically flexed to accommodate different hitch heights on towing vehicles. The rudder has a support that is adjustable to be able to adjust the height.
On the other hand, the industrial trailer has safety bars, they are specially manufactured for heavy-duty trolleys, they protect the operator from falling boards during loading and unloading. It has several snap positions to insert the safety bars that adjust according to the number of boards that have been loaded.
