Professional stone saw for tilted cuts designed to work slabs "face down", it allows to perform perfect 45 degree cutting even on uncalibrated slabs. No width limitation of the slab to process; even the most narrow strips can be machined thanks to the special pneumatic pistons blocking the stone. The maximum cutting precision is guaranteed by the head travel on linear guides fitted with recirculating ball slides and by the position of the blade cutting from bottom upwards.

Accuracy is the key when cutting mitres:
The more accurate the cut, the better the result. With the Mitre Saw Excel, an accurate mitre cut is achieved each and every time due to the precise angle of the blade and the straight edge system which uses front edge stoppers to accurately position the material on the table. No measuring. No mistakes. Coupled with this, the pneumatic clamps flatten the material against the table so that it's always straight and always stays in place.
The Mitre Saw's reputation for accurate cuts is also due to the fact the material is loaded polished face down, thereby eliminating cutting errors that can arise due to small variations in material thickness along its length.
The smaller diameter continuous rim special purpose blade, together with the variable feed control, means that a range of material thicknesses and hardness can be accommodated with less chipping and less cut deflection. The ITC ST is top of the range stone bench saws for construction sector. Their structure in stainless steel ensures maximum resistance to corrosive processes and atmospheric agent. Long lasting wet saws, very solid and precise; they are suitable for cutting all types of material (Grès porcelain stone-wares, bricks, items in concrete, brickworks, natural stones, marbles and granites). The head runs on chrome-plated guides by means of linear recirculating ball bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°.
