N° 1 Rectifying spindle assembled on an horizontal axis with manual positioning. The spindle can rectify on the edge 3 mm on a maximum thickness of 4 cm.
N° 1 tilting calibrating spindle assembled on n. 2 orthogonal axes: the vertical one with motorised positioning and keyboard, the horizontal one with manual positioning. The spindle is arranged to be equipped with shaped wheels to rough irregular profiles and can tilt to 45°.

Our machine mod. LBV/600 G allows to polish or grind strips of granite. Its structure is composed of a normalized grinded base made of electro-welded steel, and of a moving bridge made of stiffened steel. Its emptying is made by opening the draining cap.

COLUMNS AND BRIDGE GROUP
Two columns entirely made in cast-iron, are connected at the upper side by a beam and from a very stout frame. The motor which controls the vertical bridge movement is placed on the
beam. The bridge, in cast-iron, is connected to the columns by means of prismatic and rectified guides and is provided with register gibs. Two independent slides are applied on the bridge: the first holds the spindle group of the horizontal disk, the second holds the spindle for the the vertical disks. The automatisms for the slide control are placed on the ends of the bridge.All
the slides are motorized, run on prismatic guides and are equipped with register gibs. All the working motions are supplied with suitable end-strokes which protect the machine from eventual operation mistakes.
SPINDLE GROUP
The two spindles are independent and can be moved both singulary for the manual adjustment and contemporaneusly during cutting operation. The motor of the diamond disks are placed in the spindle groups, 150 HP motorwith 6 poles for the vertical disks and 30 HP motor for the horizontal disk.
HYDRAULIC PLANT FOR BENCH TRASLATION
It is made up of a complete hydraulic central unit with 5,5 HP motor. The plant allow the bench movement at an adjustable speed up to a max of 9 mts./minute ahead and max 17 mts./minute
return.
ELECTRIC PLANT
The electrical plant is complete with all the necessary equipment for the control and the protection of each single motor.
Operation procedure:
After having equipped the machine with suitable vertical and horizontal disks; the various processing data are preset on the control board - that is with of the massive or thin strips and
height. Start the bench wich takes the block to the cutting area and adjust the cutting speed depending on the type of material to be sawn. When cutting is finished the bench stops and the operator unloads the peace sawn. If the machine is provided with automatic unloader, after the operator calls the unloader to the loading position, the bench goes back to the initial position and unloads the piece sawn. “GP 800” is avery stout and stable machine which gives stripes with extremely low dimensional tolerances that facilitate the subsequent operations to be done (such as grinding and polishing).

Grinding machine for slabs mod. LLBV/2000 M allows to grind slabs of marble of different thickness. Its structure is composed of a normalized grinded base made of electro-welded steel, and of a moving bridge made of stiffened steel. The single, cast iron operating heads are positioned on the bridge. It is installed on the base a nonskid conveyor belt, covered with rubber, to avoid undesirable movements of the slabs during the processing. The bridge motion is by means of wheels in oil bath. It is possible to adjust their speed through an inverter installed on the electric board. All the mechanical guides can be set to adjust the clearance. All the water supply pipes are dimensioned in such a way that they allow an adequate dressing of the abrasive wheels. The electric board is built with steel plate, thickness 15/10, painted with RAL 7032. Its degree of protection is IP 55. A PLC installed inside the electric board controls the adjustments, the movements, the diagnostic and the alarms. A multi-pages graphic terminal makes easier its employment and control. An insulated transformer for 380V network voltage and output 48V is installed inside the electric board for all the control bodies to guarantee the safety of the operator in case of breakdown. All the motor protective devices (fuses, magnetothermics and thermal relays) are dimensioned for each single motor to intervene in case of anomaly to protect it.

Leonardo represents an innovative resin plant to dry and oven cure the stone slabs and strips (marble and granite), offering the best solution to the companies interested in low consumption, low space occupied and high quality working.
Leonardo allows to realize the same treatment process and working conditions of the bigger resin lines but with a reduced level of investment.
The storehouse has been designed in two different versions of 21 and 30 slabs storage capacity that allow a max production capacity of 7 and 10 slabs per hour respectively.
A tilting cart allows the loading of slabs directly onto the trays. The tray with slab is inserted in the drying oven by means of an elevator.
Once the slab has been dried the lifter extracts and transfers it on a special mobile working bench, reachable on his four sides by the operator.
On this bench the dried slab is “buttered” with resin and then transferred to the oven-curing store.
When the curing time is passed the slab on trays is extracted by the elevator and sent to the cart which provide the downloading.
