OZKKM 750/650 AQUILA is monobloc bridge sawing machines that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allow every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 750/650 is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being done.
OZKKM 750/650 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 750 mm for the AQUILA 750, diameter of 650 mm for the AQUILA 650. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (option) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces

Özteknik Makine manufactures OZKM80 gang-saw, equipped with maximum 80 diamond blades, to transform a stone block to many slabs simultaneously and efficiently.
Özteknik Makine’s OZKM80 gang-saws employ components that are carefully designed to transfer the movement to the blade rack, flywheel and the connecting rods. The 3.5 meter flywheel is of cast iron, and guarantees a constant cutting speed. Flywheel drive shaft, produced from steel, and two cast iron supports and two spherical roller bearings on both sides ensure the flywheel’s continuous motion.
The blade holder, or blade rack, is made of steel plates joined solidly together, and slides on straight articulated guides that require little to no maintenance.
Two cranks on the flywheel driveshaft drive the two connecting rods that transfers the movement to the blade rack. The connecting rods are made out of machined steel monoblock. With this way, power and thrust is transferred to the blade holder via two rods instead of one. In addition, any risk of deviation in the movement of blade holder is therefore removed.

Pegasus ® has 4mm.-thick AISI 304 quality stainless sheet put on moving rack surface of band and for that reason Pegasus ®’s main table protects its precision just like the first day.
One of the main reasons why you are not experiencing problems with products marble, travertine etc. and disruption of caliber quality day by day is because it standardized its characteristic over decades.
In other caliber machines, due to lack of this practice on the surface where the band moves, water and mud leaking under the band, with burden of calibrated marbles and pressure of caliber heads, will corrode underside of the band and from the first day you will be experiencing deviations in your caliber quality. On such an occasion, interventions will be highly costly.
In manifacturing of Pegasus ® as well as chromium nickel plated sheet’s, used underside of the band, abrasion resistance is much longer than iron material, it is water resistant. Even though corrosion occurs after long times of using, it is practical to dismantling and restoring the suitable for dismantle, stainless AISI 304 quality plates.

OZKKM 725/625 AQUILA is a monobloc bridge sawing machine that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allows every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up on quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 725/625 is monobloc, i.e. mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed from time to time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being performed.
OZKKM 725/625 AQUILA are the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though they are sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to those of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start).
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 725 mm for the AQUILA 725, diameter of 625 mm for the AQUILA 625. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (optional) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces.
