Stone circular saw machine with the possibility of both straight and 45° cutting. Machine with tilting work table up to 85°, with rotation of the work table in increments of 1°. Monobloc machine – no additional costs such as pouring a foundation for the table, possibility to move the machine to another location at any time. Head tilting 0° – 45° and with rotation of 0° – 90° – 180°- 270°. The machine is very solid and stable due to its weight (~6t).
The machine uses a hydraulic oil cooler and automatic central lubrication, as well as helical gears, which makes the operation of the machine much quieter and also means it will work for longer. The maximum saw blade diameter is 650mm. The circular machine uses top-quality Siemens and Schneider components. Control on the machine is controlled by a touchscreen and joysticks as well as buttons on the control panel, and also by a wireless remote controller. The main motor has an inverter, which allows smooth regulation of the rotational speed. The circular saw machine has a built-in water hose for rinsing.
The built-in laser can be used to position cutting lines. Z-axis operation is carried out on a screw. To determine the limit position, it is necessary to move the disc to the table and confirm the current position with a single button on the touchscreen.

Types of cutting
In manual mode, the operation of the machine is controlled mainly by joysticks on the control panel. There is also an option to move the head by a predefined distance in a specific axis (“Manual travel distance”). With this option, we can move the blade edge precisely by, for example, 200mm to the right.
In automatic mode, up to 12 cutting programmes can be stored in the X axis (left-right) and in the Y axis (front-back). In addition, the head will return to the safe-home position automatically at the end of the program.

AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC BLOCK CUTTER FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE
The GIGA 3500 is a machine capable of processing marble and granite blocks into slabs with a maximum height of 1500mm and the desired thickness.
An electronically controlled block transfer trolley with adjustable speed and equipped with a locking handle. The disc is moved by means of a rack on guides in an oil bath (maintenance-free solution) with stainless steel protection. Separate regulation of cutting speed and disc return. Pre-programmable precipitation reduction at cycle start to facilitate blade entry into block.
The columns, bridge and machine head are made of highly resistant cast iron for excellent dimensional stability and long service life.

The single line cutting system is a machine designed to cut rectangular blocks or granite slabs into large slab thicknesses. The device consists of a supporting structure with two flywheels, 2500 mm in diameter, which move the diamond wire for cutting. The speed of the wheels, and therefore of the rope, is variable and controlled by an inverter. The downward movement of the rope takes place by means of two roller carriages that move along a square column. This type of system allows high stiffness and, at the same time, very good smoothness. The rope tension is hydraulically regulated at constant pressure. The device can be equipped with fixed or rotating trolleys. They are always driven by a geared motor, controlled by an inverter and an encoder for precise positioning of the trolley.

The 70 rope cutting system is a machine designed to cut granite blocks into various thicknesses of plates. The machine consists of four columns on which four carriages move
in the hydraulic system. Additionally, the structure has integrated hydraulic locks that enable the installation of lines. The drive drum is 2200 mm in diameter while on the other hand two drums are 880 in diameter and a group of hydraulic cable tensions. The machine is complete with an automatic locking system for the cut plates. The machine is equipped with a modern, hydraulic rope lowering / lifting system. The hydraulic system consists of four electronically controlled cylinders. The shifts can be with the same speed or with different - independent. You can also control the left and right sides of the columns separately, which allows you to perfectly align the ropes to uneven blocks.
