Machine properly studied and manufactured to cut big blocks, boulders and benches, when diamond wire speed adjustment is required. An inverter device is used to control and constantly adjust the diamond wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec., according to the type of stone. Being controlled by two sets of inverters and applying constant tension control principle, the moving speed of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to the changes of the cutting force to make sure the diamond wire saw be in the best cutting condition all the time.
The machine is without phase request. It doesnot need to change or distinguish the power phase. The machien has the following protection functions: wire broken protection, over-loading protection, open-phase protection, terminal limit, and so on.
The lateral moving and the rotation angle of the cutting haed are controlled and driven by electric motor. There is photoelectric procimity switch installed on the cutting head for position limitation protection. This function enables the machine to work normally under harsh circumstance with moisture and dust.
The real time parameters are displayed on the control platform, such as the set current of the main motor, the current and the rotation speed of the main motor,etc. It makes the operation and adjustment of the machine more convenient.

Diamond wire running system by electric motor
The electronic system of feed control is extremely accurate and complete, thanking to the combined action of two motors:
•2 HP motor for the quick positioning of the machine on the rail.
•0.5 Hp motor with automatic reduction gear for fine regulations.
The feeding on the rail is performed on a double central self-cleaning rack with double gear wheel. This system allows the machine to work even in slope position, preventing the risk of sliding. The " S 1000" is featured by a special "electro-hydraulic" system for flywheel positioning. The rotation and a lateral movement of 40 cm per side are hydraulic, with solenoid valve control. A further lateral movement is possible by electric motor and endless screw. This system allows to perform ground level cuts and two parallel cuts, maximum width 2.0 mt. without moving the machine.

The model with vectorial inverter control system allows to vary the diamond wire speed from 0 to 40 m/sec. The machine moves on rails by means of rack/pinion system. The feed system consists of a super card device, that allows a constant tension and control of the diamond wire during all the cutting phase. The particular design allows to easily make the horizontal cut at ground level.

TRIMWIRE harmonizes the advantages of a stationary machine with a mobile quarry machine.
Very unique, it is composed of a single wire structure installed on a tracks vehicle equipped with a diesel engine that makes the system independent from any external energy source.
The machine is designed to be easily configured for transport from quarry to quarry on trailer.
Once the machine has been stabilized on the side of the block by 4 hydraulic stabilizers, the cutting arch is brought to the desired height and opened to align the wire to the face of the block to be cut.
The cut is performed vertically thanks to the movement of the arch structure along the column.
The wire is driven by a motor flywheel 1000 mm diameter and guided by 600 mm diameter wheels.
The entire cutting structure can also move along the rails (4 meters) placed on the top of the vehicle to allow the realization of different thicknesses with a single positioning of the vehicle.
All the drives are hydraulic and the main controls are operated by radio control device.

The real time parameters are displayed on the control platform, such as the set current of the main motor, the current and the rotation speed of the main motor,etc. It makes the operation and adjustment of the machine more convenient.
The machine can be operated manually and automatically. The manual and automatic functions can be shafted from each other. Under the automatic funstion, the machine can be unattended operated, and one worker is able to operate multiple machines.
Using Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, the wire saw machine is more energy-saving, larger torque, and higher efficient.
